What an awesome experience! I decided to start running and needed help with getting a great and supportive shoes. The store attendant (unfortunately I don’t remember his name, it was there in Jan 31) was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He even suggested for me to try the sneakers on their store treadmill which it was fabulous! I am very happy with my purchase and been successfully running for the past couple weeks without any issues. Thank you

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Runners Roost. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was their number one priority. The sales associate, Chris, took the time to get to know my individual needs and preferences.

Chris had me run on a treadmill so he could analyze my stride and gait. He recorded my foot strike and stride length to get detailed data on how I run. This allowed him to make thoughtful recommendations on which shoes would provide the right support and responsiveness for me.

Chris' knowledge of athletic footwear was truly impressive. He explained the nuanced differences between models and the pros and cons of various features in a way I could understand. He had me try on multiple options until we found the perfect shoe.

I walked out of there not only with great new running shoes, but with a deeper knowledge of my own biomechanics. Chris treated me like a professional athlete getting fitted for gear. I've never experienced that level of personalized service and expertise at a shoe store before.

His attentiveness and passion for helping every customer find the perfect fit made for an incredible experience that far surpassed my expectations. I absolutely love this store and the staff. The energy is positive and the staff is knowledgeable about their product. They have a nice variety of shoes plus accessories. Great place.

When talking about socks it’s really hard to beat Feetures. Multiple color options, various thickness options for summer to winter activities, and best of all the compression. I’d definitely recommend trying out a pair on your next visit or next time you swap out your old pair of kicks- you won’t regret it.

If you do! Send them back with the life time warranty provided with each pair.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service by Darius and other members of the team. He recommended and sold me a great pair of trail running shoes for me, ordered another pair for me then gave my mother in law great advice on her shoes too.

I had the best shoe shopping experience thanks to Ben! I felt like Cinderella as he brought different shoes for me to try on until we found the perfect pair! He took my concerns seriously, spent the time to understand how I’d be using my shoes and was so patient until we found the right ones. Couldn’t recommend this location, especially being helped by Ben, more!

I haven’t seriously run or done heavy physical activity since high school, so when I decided to get back into working out, I was excited to check out Runners Roost (albeit, because of the name). I was helped by John who’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate on health, fitness, and shoes of course. His dedication to finding the right shoes extended to having me try on pairs while running on a treadmill and analyzing the videos of each run. He worked with me on my needs for my feet and my budget, while being both kind and straightforward with his thoughts. I’ve never had such a thorough experience and I can’t recommend Runners Roost enough

John was the BEST! I just had two foot surgeries and was struggling to find the right athletic shoes. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my frustrations. He let me try on many different brands until we found the perfect fit. Thank you John for your excellent customer service! We need more of you!!!!

The representative that worked with me was so so helpful. They worked with me for over an hour, trying on like 10 pairs of running shoes across different brands, to help me find the right pair. They were so so knowledgeable on shoe styles (it was rather impressive) and flexible with my foot specs. I will definitely be going back here for my next pair of shoes

Very helpful staff. Run club is fun and a great way to make new friends of all types.

I must say, Alec is always wonderful to see. He is helpful, knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel intimidated to ask the 'dumb questions' for more novice runners. Recently, I called to get a copy of a receipt from years ago on an issue with my TomTom watch (they don't even carry TomTom anymore!) and he took the time to find it and send it to me so I could get a part replaced. Thanks Alec. His dog is pretty cool too!

Eddie is great too! He knows his shoe game and will give you honest advice on which shoe would be your best option!

I've been looking for running shoes for literally years, since I have very wide feet, and couldn't find anything that wasn't painful. FINALLY at Runners Roost I found a group of people willing to be patient with me and work with me until we found actually several viable options, and a new pair of shoes that I love. I can't say enough about this place, I wish it would have been my first stop.

Best shoe-buying experience ever. Kelsey took great care of me, helping to find a shoe that fit my foot and running stride. They have a great setup with a treadmill and camera to analyze how your stride looks with different shoes. Great selection and top notch service means I’ll definitely be back.

Outstanding service and staff!! I was helped by Bobby who took the time, care, and patience to make sure I left with the shoes that fit my needs exactly. The other employee in the store at the time was helping a customer nearby with the same level of attention and knowledge. I appreciate the in-store treadmill available for trying on the shoes. Bobby called another store to check for a shoe I wanted and offered to have it in the next day. He willingly offered for me to come back anytime to help me find a good style of another shoe for my cosmetology career. There's even a sports medicine doctor whose office is downstairs and fits custom inserts.

Excellent personalized service! John is a pro who found the perfect fitting shoe for my severely pronated feet. He took the time to analyze my run and ensure the shoe he fitted me in supported me in the best way. Don’t walk…run to runners roost and ask for John!

Love this store....sales person spent the time to watched and recorded my runing stride helped me decide on several options and lead me to a great pair of runners. Highly recommend this place for all levels of ability or just want a great quality shoe handpicked for you.

The team is super helpful and knowledgeable. We were helped by Alexa and Bobby. They worked with us to really understand our needs and made sure we had sound guidance on each selection. Their patience and wonderful manner made the experience delightful. Definitely superior service compared to other companies in the area. Won’t be shopping anywhere else for my running shoes!

The staff were such pleasant individuals and provided amazing customer service. I have been a runner for a long time, but never invested in running shoes until this past weekend. Kelsey and Nancy were so incredibly helpful to my partner and I. I didn't feel anxious about buying new shoes and never once felt rushed. They definitely deserve a raise because they helped us so much! Thank you!

I got some shoes from here and after a few uses they just didn’t quite feel right and so I contacted the store to see if there was anything that I could do and the store manager responded quickly and said to come in to see what we could do. When I went in today she sat with me for an hour and walked me through all the different options until we landed on shoes that are going to work so much better for me. Runners Roost is the best place for all your running needs and I can’t recommend this location enough!!

Awesome store.

Came by to just check out the shoes and the helpful employee Ruth gave me a free video running test on the treadmill and some feedback on my running style.

I was able to try on a bunch of great shoes and learn more about what works best for me.

Oh and Ruth had completed 15 triathlons including an Iron Man. Impressive.
