Party City

Thank you to the ladies at the counter. I didn’t catch their names but they were sweet. It was an hour wait time for balloons and I only needed one and they filled it for me. Thank you again guys! You made my dog’s birthday.

I finally went back it was a good experience. All my questions was answered and the cashier was attentive in my needs. I got three orders of Balloon Bundle which was Beautiful at my party. Pick up was easy and on time ready to go Thanks!

I was in the are since thete isn't any Bank of America in Indiana. I've been to this Party City a few times and today I noticed how much I like this Party City location for some reason they have more stuff than the location in Highland. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. I asked the young Latin lady in the register if she knew if they were going to have as much Valentine's or Helium period at the Highland store. She found out for me in like 2 minutes. This young lady went above and beyond, now that is GREST Customer Service. Everyone greeted me and asked me if I needed any assistance. I will be taking the drive to this location for all my party needs.

I'm sorry they didn't carry the items I was looking for, however, the manager and staff were accommodating and offered to help me with the online website! He was really nice and went out and above to look for the supplies I needed for my classroom

I ordered balloons for a birthday celebration and when I went to pick them up they were ready and I had a minimal wait. Staff was friendly and courteous.
