Such an amazing team of folks. From the deli guys to the check out to the management and owners, it's simply a class act all around. It's not the least expensive market you'll ever go to, but the fresh made sandwiches and salads and lunches and dinners and the customer service (not to mention a lovely and extensive beer, wine and spirits selection) make every penny worthwhile. An absolute do not miss if you're in the area.

Lincoln Park prices but if you’re smart, you can shop cheap. I love that it’s in the neighborhood and feels good to support a smaller business.

I have been going here for 15 years and I can not go anywhere else to pick on; from fresh produce to anything new they bring at all times.

This is the most enjoyable and most fun grocery shopping experience you will ever have. The staff is top notch and greets you when you come in. They have a deli section with warm and cold premade options. The BEST fresh made Guacamole. There’s a deli where you can get made to order sandwiches - delicious. Ample international foods section. Local Chicago brand products. Free neighborhood events - Oktoberfest, wine tasting, ice cream social. Run, don’t walk!

This store seems from the outside like it's kind of a corner store. Once you get in, you realize it's pretty extensive. It's also beautiful inside. They have a nice meat and alcohol selection. Their produce always looks fresh. It's clean, bright, and well staffed. It sounds really simple, but I like this place.

Very cool and well-stocked neighborhood grocery store. Excellent beer, wine, and liquor selection. Even with my and my wife's special dietary needs, I can always find what I need with zero issues. Keep it up, Carnival!

A grocery staple in LP forever. Great, new, updates to the shop with varied more meat selections and a new deli/soup bar. The AMAZING staff makes every visit awesome and unique.

Just a few blocks from my house and my go-to grocer. A small boutique supermarket where you can chat up the owner about an ingredient you need for a special recipe and he'll have it for you the next day. Fantastic produce, a good wine selection, a terrific offering of meats, fish, cheese, and fresh flowers. Shop local!!!

Maybe I paid a bit more than some other stores, but it's in walking distance. Also give the taller gentleman with glasses at the cashier a raise. Very kind and genuine.

I am so appreciative of this local grocery store. They provide 5 star service for me. If I'm in search of an item and can't find it, they'll order it and then call me when it's arrived. I'm excited to support them:)

I lived kitty-corner from Carnival (at 2058 Cleveland Avenue) from 1964 through 1969. I loved that store and am so happy to see it still exists. When I was getting ready for a dinner party and didn't have time to walk across the street to buy my groceries, they would deliver! I don't know if they still do, but it wouldn't surprise me. Does anyone know if it is still owned by the same family?

Very convenient for nearby people, has all the ingredients for every recipe. Low prices and great location.
