Carniceria Guanajuato

I've lived in the area for 4years and never stopped in until 2days ago! I like the atmosphere there. It's clean and friendly and I did not know there was also a restaurant there. I haven't checked out the meat department yet but I will. I stopped to grab some little snacks for my kids after I picked them up from school.

Update: the staff is friendly and I finally tried the food. Great tacos in the restaurant part!!

This place is affordable. It's quick and fast. Foods really good here. You really get a lot for your money in this place. You know the taco plate was way more satisfying in the burrito was excellent. You know it's small it's not really busy at 10:30 11:00 in the morning. You know I've always had a good experience past couple weeks that I've been coming

This is my first time in this place. I substitute teach over at Northwest Middle School and used to go to the sandwich place at the other end of the block. Well one of the teachers told me about this place and how they really enjoyed the food here. I decided that I would go over and text take a look at it and try it out. The service is real fast. I think I had my big huge giant steak burrito within seven or eight minutes. And let me tell you it was real good. I really enjoyed it! Place is clean and they have a lot of stuff on their menu.

The tacos and food sold inside this place are simply 🤤🤤🤤 I don’t have to say much if you don’t believe me go there and try it yourself you won’t regret it 🤌🏼

The tacos are a little pricey thank you inflation!(as of 03-24-22) however they are worth it as they are packed with meat and in all honesty you leave satisfied ditto with the huge burritos.

Carne Asada is a weapon of choice...A damn good one.

Best tacos in the north side

They have a little restaurant inside of this produce store, and let me tell you. The tacos are from a REAL ARRACHERA MEAT!! Wth! I was very surprised to find out this. They also make them big! 12/31/22 UPDATE even though tacos here are almost $4 but they are very generous with the meat which i don't mind the price. Ive traveled almost 40 miles to come to this "hole in the wall" taqueria and i was not disappointed. The green salsa was fresh and spiciness right on the spot.

Great food awesome staff reasonably priced but the store doesn't the right prices and poor excuses will eat not shop

From what I have been told this is what you should expect from most Carnicerias. I loved it. Tacos in Chicago should come from places like this. You get it hot, fresh, and with extra limes. Get the chorizo, and lengua! Ps. Tacos in many other US states can't compare. Eat some Chitown tacos, some if the best anywhere!

Now this is authentic!!! The tacos there are the best and they are real tacos so beware of how many you order because you most likely will get full at 2&1/2, you can do some grocery shopping when you are there as well
