Shoe Carnival

Cleaned, organized and friendly staff. Went in there to buy a gift for my dad and found the boots that he wanted. I recommend this place.

Never have I left a shoe carnival happier than I did today. Fernando was the cashier that served me and he was incredibly courteous and professional. He said if I put my sisters and all of my possessions together. I would be eligible for a discount and receive 2 pairs of socks absolutely free. He also tried to obtain me the website's $10 discount, but it was not working, so he went straight to his boss to get help. He was unable to apply the coupon, but he still deducted $10 from the total amount of my transaction. Excellent customer service; the retail industry needs more employees like that!

Very well organized and full of inventory. I was able to find my daughter’s back to school shoes. You can’t go wrong with their prices and deals. Can’t find a size or shoe? They are super nice and they give you other stores that do have them in stock.

Stopped in today and I had such a great experience. Angie was awesome!! She was attentive, made recommendations and even checked other stores for a shoe I liked. Will definitely be back.

Love this location. Cheerful staff, helpful, always upbeat and willing to chat. We buy shoes for all 5 of us only from this location. 10/10

Went in there yesterday and I can say I wasn’t having a bad experience but Jen done something unexpected; she show that she actually cared about the customers. They only had one cashier no one was complaining about it because the line was moving at an expected pace; but Jen walked the lines offered up apologies for any inconveniences that we may have been experiencing due to one cashier and past out a small sweet treat as a thank you for our patience. It was a big jester but it really spoke volumes into who she is and how much she cares. Thank you Jen for being so genuine. You left a great impression on me. 🌹🌹🌹🌹✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨💥💥💥💥💥💥💥

It's a great store and they let you spin the wheel how good is that.

I have never walked out of shoe carnival more happy than I did today. Fernando was the person who took care of me at the cash register was so polite and professional He mentioned that if I where to put all of my items and my sisters together
I would get 2 free socks, and get to spin the wheel for a discount. He also tried to get me the 10 dollars off that is on the website but it was not allowing us so he went directly to his manager to figure it out. He was not able to use that coupon so he still took the 10$ off my whole purchase. Awesome customer service,we need more people like that working in retail!

Michelle is awesome big wow to her always courteous always respectful great customer service the cashiers are respectful and well-mannered and willing to help with assistance I love this place I wouldn't go anywhere else...Also I had to return shoes twice because of sizes , Manager Linda L. & Register Ariana c. And who helped get those shoes to the register got me the right size thank you so much to everyone at shoe carnival give a big WOW! ME AND MY HUSBAND LOVE THIS PLACE

Nice and polite staff. Take advantage of their shoe sale they were having. if they don't have it in stock they will check their main Warehouse. And they will ship it to you which I found awesome because they didn't have the pair of shoes that I wanted in stock. But now they are on their way being shipped to me for free. I can share was nice and pleasant. Definitely keep coming to them to get our shoes!

Great Selection!!

Prices are fantastic and they have good shoe brand names, to. Quality shoe brands! I have a frequent buyer card from then and they sent me a birthday coupon. Between their already low pricing and the coupon, I made out like a bandit. The only thing... They may be limited if you have extra large feet, or some other hard-to-fit detail. Also they focus on feet; no purses, no other accessories. Shoes and socks. Oh, and back packs.

The manager is always so helpful, as well as all the employees. They literally go above and beyond for me and all other customers every time I shop there! Definitely recommend this location!

If you want a great selection of shoes, name brands shoes at affordable prices and a fun shopping experience this is the place to go, associates are super friendly, I tried famous footwear and other shoe retailers no one can beat these prices. All I have to say is WOW!! exceeded my expectations! Love my new air Max’s and my brother got the new lebrons for 1/2 off!! Unbeatable prices.

My first time at the Shoe Carnival. Excellent variety of name brand shoes; each in many sizes. Store was clean and neat. Service staff are available at the entrance. Young man answered all of my questions and checked to see if another store in the area had the boot I wanted in my size. No pushy behavior at the register. I had to encourage the cashier to tell me about the products to protect the suede leather I was purchasing.
I've been to DSW many times because of its proximity to my house. I think Shoe Carnival beats them on selection, sizes and price for men's shoes. I'll be going back.

Walked in was able to tell a employee there what I was looking for they recommended my new shoes that I got for the gym. Which great recommendation they're so comfortable and I love how they look! Great service!

The people there are very polite. The place is very welcoming with it's soft music and the nice carpeting. Also their clear signage is very well appreciated in these uncertain times.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted upon arrival. Store was very clean. The young man who wrong up our merchandise customer service skills great.

This store is wonderful. Not only great shoes and selection, but very helpful and HONEST employees. I left my credit card when purchase my shoes. They kept it safely for me. Whew! And a BIG THANK YOU!
