Sorry that y'all had to work today and at the same time, blessed that y'all did! Had to get some last minute items and both female clerks where very attentive with a smile 😀 thanks for all you do!!!

This party city is awesome. They are always so tolerable of our mischief during the halloween season. But it's a fun place to check out your costumes and season party supplies as well.

Super busy and long lines for checkout. But employees are friendly and still little bit new year decorations left.

Have been coming to this location as a kid and always enjoyed my experience here. All employee's are very helpful. I had a balloon pick up on Saturday 1/21/23 and my balloons were ready as I entered the store, I bought a weight for the balloons and the associate offered to tie them to the weight and asked how high or low I wanted the balloons to be before permanently tying them up and curling the ribbons. This has always been my go to party place and will keep coming back.

If you go on time, like 2 weeks before Halloween its great. I been doing this for at least 6 years. Personal is always helpful can't complain, the only thing is the big line at the check out. So besides that the always have what you need for your party.

It is a great place to get birthday stuff for the family.

I just have to say that these employees had a store full of customers and worked so well as a team together! It was incredible to see such a hard working set of employees take care of everyone with such a great customer service as the store is getting some remodeling at the same time, but they knew where everything was at!! Very impressed! I am not one to write reviews but Jeffrey and Viana made sure I got the exact balloons that I needed at such a last minute scenario.

Thank you Party City. Wonderful online staff and store staff at the berwyn location and Chicago brickyard location. I will do all my party decorations with this company. Thank you soooo much graduations and birthdays were slayed with no problems and very professional nice and friendly staff 👍🏾

The girls here are awesome! They helped me pick out some balloons for my daughter's birthday. They were all helpful and polite. Great customer service, thanks ladies!

I love Party City because I mean they have like toys fidgets and they have balloons they have stuff for parties and everything like I just want to get all the toys cuz like they have different toys and different aisles and stuff but I'll prefer if you're going to get like some balloons go there we go there like maybe every single time

I was in and out quickly as the staff helped me find a particular item. This is a big store and i was in a rush so i asked for help amd found my item quickly.

I went there and one of the cashiers was really cool and pretty, and seemed like she was into large scottish things! That helped my experience a ton, i got so much red stuff there. Watch out for the other people, you will die! only talk to cool girl associate.

Store has a new easier lay out. Halloween stuff on point! Absolutely amazing selection. Store was very neat and clean and organized. Well lit.

2 other party city locations I called didn’t have the number 2 ballon I needed they was both sold out but this location came to the rescue I was able to rush over to them and get one to complete my birthday ballon look and I liked the store it was nice and the customer service was fast ❤ I will go back to this store I’m happy

I came here to get some balloons and was so impressed by the customer service. A young lady named Michelle was so helpful! She was so kind and such a pleasant person to be around!

Those pop up Halloween stores have nothing on Party City. Their method of having inventory information on a handheld to quickly stock check stock, so staff can quickly pull item requestes.
