It's was great they have some really good sales on stuff for Christmas 🎁 I found some nice sweaters for my family. I need to go back and buy me something 😁😁

Really nice and awesome I mean if you got time to be looking around and trying stuff on well yeah this is the place for you. The have all sorts of nice and neat stuff. From hoodies to jeans. They have a wide variety of stuff. Haven't and wasn't able to check alot of the jeans and stuff but I mean shirts and hoodies and short I think and joggers.. Seemed like they had pretty good stuff. My dad went by the Levi section and I'm not going to lie not a big fan of them. Had I think a big section of sports clothing. I can imagine alot of good stuff but yeah. Got to try it on that's for sure. And I think there a whole second floor. Or 1st floor.. Honestly I forgot where I was but yeah. Pretty nice. Not to mention a whole mall in there too just in case you know you want to go somewhere else

I was very pleased with my visit today. I had an exchange that I did not have a receipt for, and Alexis ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) was very helpful as into how to go about the exchange since the purchase was made in Indiana. He was able to locate the purchase using my credit card. I appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond. He definitely deserves recognition for his great customer service.

You will always find a deal. You literally have to look through the unorganized mess of clothes everywhere, BUT you will walk out with many deals for a great price. Great friendly staff. Helpful too.

Went to the photo studio & it was great. We got there late because we got caught by a train. I called & they told me to come anyway. We were 10 minutes late & they apologized. They took us within 5 minutes. There were nine of us and the photographer was great with us. Love the pictures. The prices were reasonable.

Went for photos, and the two young ladies that help us were amazing, and they did an excellent job

JCP has now become one of my go to stores. I like to visit different locations and I think this is the closest to me but the brands I like are usually out of stock at this store so I know that they are great finds. The other closest location is golf mill which is pretty well stocked and I can always find other items I was not looking for 😝

I went to JCPenney NorthRiverside
And The Associate Doris went above and beyond for helping me with a Catalog Order. I didn’t have my receipt,but she was able too find my order and help me understand the charges. My experience was Definitely worth going into the store for. I will coming back to shop again.

I am so very glad they still exist!! I will always prefer an in-store experience rather than purchasing on line. Part of life is being active in your decisions and choices. The ability to allow your senses to help guide your choices is natural.
