I cannot impart to you or anyone how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this crew is… Ome of the most patient, kind, efficient, funny and welcoming companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. These are great people are. 11/10

Vicki, Lily, Doulce are some of the best employees a business owner can have. Not only are the friendly and efficient they are extremely helpful in helping me ship what I needed. I also want to point out they are also very compassionate. I was shipping items with sentimental value and they were very respectful and did what they could to help me out.

Last time I made a mistake and left a bad review. There was a misunderstanding. It was shipped with US postal services but because I shipped it from this facility I thought my tracking number would be on the UPS web but it was on US Postal service.

I must say this UPS store provides fastest service. Every time I walk in I get my things done within less than 4 minutes. The girls are very friendly and fast at what they do. I went back in today and shipped off some paper works. Always fast and satisfying service!!!

The staff (Frances, I believe) made my last visit to the store as quick and painless as possible. They print labels here, offer mailing envelopes, shipping, shipping supplies, mail boxes, notary and more. Their prices are fair and pretty inexpensive. Service from all the staff I've seen has been excellent and friendly.

I used their services twice in the past and on both times, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The main guy who does the packing and shipping was nice and respectful. It's a shame that I forgot to get his name. I hope he's still there the next time I ship my daughter's care package next month.

I’ve had a box with them for maybe 2 years now. And I’ve always loved their service. The people here are nice and always help me out. Only bump I had was when we needed to get a new key pad for the front door and it took them a long time to get a new system going and pass out keys. But that’s all taken care of now so I’m please.

The experience, service, and kindness the employees offer are amazing! The customer service is quick even on a busy day with a long line. One of the female employees Dulce demonstrates an astronomical amount of patiences, professionalism, and a hardworking attitude. A-PLUS DULCE!!

I Have Always Liked This Particular UPS Store. It Is The One Around The Corner From My Old House And After My Mom Passed Away And I Was Moving And Had A Lot Of Paper Work To Copy Like Her Will And Other Related Documents The Girls That Worked There Were Always Very Helpful. I Also Had One Situation Where I Had Several Packages To Return To Amazon In One Trip And Accidentally Got My Shipping Labels Confused But Did Not Realize It Until I Got Home. They Were Very Accomidating And Helpful In Assisting Me To Get The Shipping Labels On The Right Packages. Also Compared To Another UPS Store In The Area, Their Prices Are A Little Better, Plus There Is Room To Pull Right Up In Front Of The Store To Unload If You Are Sending Out A Lot Of Packages One That Is Extra Heavy. Also If They See You Struggling With A Heavy Or Big Load, Someone Will Usually Come Outside To Help You Which Is Very Helpful. I Do Not Live As Close To This Store Any Longer But Now That I Realized Their Prices For Printing An Email Or To Fax Something Is Lower, I Am Going To Drive The Extra Few Miles To Go Here Instead Of The Store That Is Closer To Me.

Lily, Dulce, and Vicky are amazing. They were very attentive and they really know how to take care of your shipping needs. They looked out for me when no one would.

Recently received such great help here I had to write a review. They picked up, packed and shipped a fairly heavy item purchased on an internet auction, fast and cheap! All from a phone call. Some of the franchises don't seem to know what to do with such a transaction but the Winnetka store handled it like pros.

I rent the mailbox at this location since 2009. The staff always friendly and know me every time I come in. They have always made me feel “welcome”.
