AT&T Store

I came in 2/10/24 and was helped by Michael (?) the one with the golden eyes! I’m pretty sure that was his name, but he was so friendly and so helpful. He was so patient when we had a ton of hoops to jump through. I hope he gets the praise he deserves!!!

Now I am on a family plan, with my own log in, and direct auto pay.
Saving me money and getting better service!

I have never had such a warm, seamless experience at ANY AT&T location in ANY state. Marquis went above and beyond to not only solve my (very serious) issue but to also put me at ease. Just bought a new iPhone14 at this store and I had a great experience. Markese E. answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions), he helped me figure out what plan would work best with my new phone, what accessories I needed, and then signed me up for a financing plan that included a discount on those accessories. He even put the Otterbox screen protector on my phone for me like a pro--and it looks great. If you're buying a new iPhone, I'd totally recommend you work with him.

I came in after having my phone stolen the night prior and the sales consultant, Nazz, was empathetic and extremely helpful in providing me with submitting a claim online. The wait time was not long and he was quick to aid me with assistance. Great customer service and pleased to receive my replacement phone within days.

Marquis’ expertise and product knowledge made all the difference through the process of upgrading my phone. The transition to my new iPhone 13 Pro Max really couldn’t have been simpler. So, after 15-years, I’m once again a very happy and loyal AT&T customer.

I was in At&T store today. Walter-store manger was assisting me. It was the most amazing customer service I ever had. I never leave reviews but this time it was exceptional experience. Walter is very professional and efficient. He helped me to switch from other provider and upgraded my phone. Walter made sure that my phone is working, helped to set up auto payment. He wanted to make sure everything works. I really appreciate him and will definitely come back for additional services and products and will recommend to family and friends. If there were 10 stars I would put 10. Amazing experience. Thank you Walter.

The store wasn’t busy. The salesperson, Mark, was very helpful and they validate parking. I needed a new phone that would support certain apps I need for work. Mark showed me what was available, made recommendations, shared some pros and cons. I am very happy with the phone I chose.

I’m leaving this review because I am in awe of Mark and his wonderful customer service. I have never had such a pleasant experience at Att or anywhere really! He was so knowledgeable, so helpful and so genuine! I really felt like he always had my best interest in mind and I am so appreciative of that. Thank you Mark!!! :)

ATT is very lucky to have Markese E as a representative. I have been going to ATT for 20 years now and Markese E is the kindest person, understanding the clients needs, listens, does not cut off customers, has tremendous patience and excellent skill sets when dealing with customers emotions. I can't not believe how patient my sales person was with me ...
Markese has nerves of gold. Thank you so much for explaining the different plans and phone packages to me. Like for everyone right now - purchase for extra things and gadgets are at a minimal. So I was apprehensive to any changes I might have to make but knew I needed to. Markese was very polite and welcoming... and a multitasker he had 3 of us in the store at the same time. He handled us all at once like a pro. He answered all of our questions individually and had the timing perfect to be able to finish all transactions. We were all chatting with each other. This is my first Google review, and it is simply because of Markese. He was the most helpful person I’ve ever worked with at wireless store, period. He went above and beyond, and his knowledge and attention to detail was beyond appreciated.

Had came in today to get help moving my pictures to a new phone I think the guy who helped me was named Gorge, I hope that's his name, he was really helpful. Best customer service ever. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

Walter was phenomenal!

Walter is the store manager for ATT 8000 Sunset Blvd. I told him that I had a long night before and lost my phone last week.

Walter expressed empathy and made sure that I had a SIM card immediately for my older phone that I was using until my new one came in the mail using my insurance.

Without that SIM card I would have been in a bad position! Walter was very patient with me and provided me with options.

I see why ATT made Walter their store manager. He’s also very friendly and professional. I’m sure you all are so proud to have him on your team.
