First time there on 08.21.2023 and I recently been diagnosed type 2 diabetic so I was looking to find out more about what supplements I could take to help me. I was very happy I went there and talked to Zach. He really showed he cared about my concerns and helped me pick out some products that would really benefit me. He took the time to explain, he went over what benefits they offer. I honestly felt treated as a human being not just as “next” customer attitude. He was patient, showed concern for my health really nice person. He understood The products and gave me great advice. He helped me and I felt more confident about the products I was purchasing. Zach did an awesome job helping me, caring for my concerns I really want to thank him and the team there. Thanks for providing great service and great products! I will be shopping there for my supplements from now on! He also mentioned that he’s at the Medical Center location so I will also be going there too!

I’ve been coming here for years when Abby and Celly used to work here. I love this store, I’ve always had the best experience. They have a wide range of different brands and supplements, but what sets them apart is the customer service. Jake and Hank are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they can always order it for you.

We absolutely love Cost Plus Nutrition. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. They are always supportive and willing to help with our special events! The store is ALWAYS clean and organized. For someone who owns a small business myself those things go a long way!

I've been using a supplement called Mindcraft. Running a full-time business while being a high-functioning individual with ADD requires me to stay focused and sharp, and this supplement has been a game-changer for me. When I recently revisited the store to restock on Mindcraft, I also discovered their pre-workout supplements. The quality of their products truly impressed me. If you're on the lookout for effective, clean supplements, I highly suggest paying them a visit. Mindcraft is truly exceptional!

Cost Plus is the best place to get your vitamins and supplements! Prices are great and the staff is amazing. Lexi and Hank are so helpful every time I go in. If they don’t have what I’m looking for they find it at another location and get it sent over for me. I’m never disappointed when I shop there which is about once a week. Check Cost Plus out. You won’t be disappointed.

Great selection with a knowledgeable staff. The manager Jacob was particularly helpful in assisting me in choosing the best Creatine and pre-workout for my strength training. I’ll definitely be going back when I run out.

Exceptional place with reasonable prices! Considering the other places. Jacob was a great help. Wish I remembered the name of the other associates, but unfortunately I don’t. Clean and great staff all around!

Regularly purchase supplements from this location. Only location I choose to visit based on the care and service provided by the employees. Hank and Jacob are especially attentive.

I've been to this store twice now in the last 6 weeks! My first impression was that this was a great little store! Mostly I was impressed with the level of attention the staff was giving to customers. I had to wait a bit since everyone had people they were working with but I observed that they were so helpful and informative offering suggestions and options. I was immediately asked if there was anything I needed help with and when I asked my questions about various products Araceli was very helpful and thoughtful in her recommendations. I could go on to say more but the main thing is to let people know what a great store this is. All of the people I observed were very friendly and very helpful. With so many health products on the market it's nice to know there is a place right here locally that you can go to, ask questions, and get friendly recommendations. No high pressure or disinterested employees. Friendly, Intelligent, Helpful, Great Selection and Affordable!

I really like this store. I’m always pleased with their products and of course, their service. Abi, Chris and Erik are always there taking care of everything and everybody. They show interest and listen with care. They are very familiar with their products and always help me find what I need. From start to finish the helpful information and service is excellent. I visit the store almost everyday and I can tell they recommend with honesty. Besides that, the store is very clean and everything is always in its place. I like that :)
