Lowe's Home Improvement

I recently ordered a shower door on line. I was texted within 30 minutes that my order was ready. I called customer service to let them know I was going to have my carpenter pick it the next day. They said no problems and took down the name of the person picking it up. They next my carpenter said it was a pleasure to pick up at Lowe’s in Marlboro. Customer service was great to deal with at pick up. We will continue to shop at this store.

The workers here were great. Corporate have me a run around and terrible service. Coming into the store was amazing! Very considerate. They actually look for things and call you back!! Classy group of people.

I want to compliment this lowes starting from Delmy Juliani who came out and measured my property line took pictures and notes on materials needed. Her communication was above and beyond not to mention her customer service and eagerness to please . The same will be said about Dan from PNM fence . His team came out so professional and installed my fence in a couple of hours . Cleaned up after themselves and really did an amazing job . I cannot thank Delmy enough and Dan and his team . We are so happy with our fence and the price . Delmy has wonderful communication skill and handled our job with extreme professionalism . Dan also wonderful communication his team worked well and cleaned up job and look at my results . I highly recommend . Check out my before and after photos .

We had a problem with a vanity counter top and Ashley and Leslie went above and beyond to find a solution we were happy with. They had so much patience and were very understanding of our situation. Thank you.

Had a problem in this store last week, but I got a call from a manger name Michelle who went way out of her way to make me happy. They do (at least Michelle) really want to keep thier customers happy. I would definitely recommend this store. Thanks again Michelle.....

Lowe's is a nice store it's a little cleaner and neater than Home Depot but I don't think they have quite as large of selection as Home Depot does. Lowe's does give a veteran's discount all the time. They seem to be getting more stocking and more variety of things. I went to look for a faucet today at home Depot, I don't think had anything under a hundred bucks but Lowe's had a whole bunch of them under $100 they have a much bigger selection of faucets and stuff it's a nicely organized store.

I went seeking the Sprite Shower Filter for my Mom & Sis here because the when I went to the Lowe’s near me I. Howell they only had one. Walked in luckily the manager, Mike at the entrance. Asked where to find them and he gave me my mended aisle. When I went there it was incorrect and luckily found Giovanni who was busy helping someone else. As soon as he was finished, he helped find the aisle but also walked me there and led to them. Giovanni when done and receiving my thanks said, “of course, this is what we do here!” When I went to pay for it even though Judy was busy helping others and they guy with sticks coming out the cart he left near my register almost hit me. Judy made sure nothing hit me and kept me safe. Thanks for scanning my item, Judy, apparently yesterday when I left the Howell Lowe’s no one did this for me and I walked out the door with the item I bought and receipt of its purchase in my hands with the alarm blaring as I walked out the store. So as Giovanni said that “this is what [they]do here”. I just wanna thanks for giving an efficiently wonderfully favorable Lowe’s shopping experience. Well done indeed Mike, Giovanni & Judy!!!

I ordered items online and went to pick-up and met with Jael at customer service and his energy and positive attitude were above par....if all employees had this vibe I'd order every day 💯

Good store, well stocked, helpful staff. Still a great store. Very helpful staff, especially Gary in blinds. Still a very good Lowe's. If you need shades or blinds, go see Gary, he's the best.

Was looking for a door for a laundry room and Kevin was AWESOME to deal with! He was with another customer and said "We have what you're looking for, I just need a ladder to get to them" and as soon as he was done helping the other customers he came right over and took GREAT care of me in looking for the right door!

Stopped by Lowes for lawn flags to honor the 13 fallen Service members in the Kabul attack. Nobody else had the small flags and I was so happy they were in stock. Honored that there is also Veteran parking spots. Thank You Lowes ..

The people who work here are amazing. Felicia managed the delivery of a complex number of orders to my house. No idea how she did it. The staff (teen boy with brown hair and a very smart woman in tile) were instrumental in helping us spend a ton of money on items we really loved. I'm so impressed by the caliber of employees here. Happy we spent 75% of our 3-bath renovation at this store. PS We requested home delivery and were able to book 48 hours from today. Not sure why the reviewer below had issues. 5-Stars.

Nice store. Usually has what I'm looking for. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Nice place to shop for home improvement supplies and tools. The garden shop has a good variety of plants. It's sad to see the plants are not always watered correctly. Overall I would definitely recommend shopping at this store

We bought our washer and dryer there. We found the appliances we wanted easily (they are all set up for easy comparison). The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, letting us know that the items were on sale and that rebates were available. Checkout was fast, and delivery was scheduled for the next day. Very happy to do business with Lowe's.

I was very pleased to see there were no lines of people waiting to check out. Plenty of cashiers at registers and all were in a good mood. Some normalcy , finally. I Love shopping at Lowe's , good prices and employees that know where and what isle products are in. Keep up the good service -- Remember we need you as much as you need us. THANK YOU
