Priyanka was amazing, I went in for a trade in and an upgrade we had such a problem she called the verizon on hold with someone for over an hour. Transfer all my stuff from my old phone to my new. She was very patient with us and was able to get my phone to work. What a wonderful woman. I recommend her anytime.

I initially went there to help my employee to get a new line, but at the same time I was having issues with my existing phone. I inquired with Prianca about upgrading to an ipone15 pro. when she looked into my account, she notified me that my phone was still under warranty and that I should contact verizon by dialing 611. Moving forward I will only purchase my devices from her. She earned my business for life.
