Zunkaa/Lahore Chatkaray

Me and my wife visited this restaurant on Saturday afternoon as we were searching for maharashtrian food in this area . They serve best maharashtrian and North Indian food . For appetizers we had pomfret tawa fry and lamb chops it was delicious. For entrees we tried their newly introduced chicken kharda and mutton saoji it was authentic and delicious. For indian and maharastian food this is the best place to visit with family. Staff was very friendly and polite.

I would like to highly recommend a really delicious Indian/Thai/Chinese place in this region. We started with Soups, Vegetables rolls, vegetables and chicken dumplings, chicken tikka, fish, paneer tikka, coriander chicken. Everything was really amazing. Then we had unbelievable Dum biryani. Final surprise which made it absolutely amazing experience was sitafal kulfi (which you can only get here).
Restaurent manager Nadir is a wonderful person. His hospitality is remarkable and he took extra care to make our eating experience great.

Second time ordering from here & I really liked the grill platter. Accidentally, I forgot to put my delivery address & it was pick up at restaurant. The owner Nadir came to drop it off himself! Now that's great service!

I love Indian food but this place just became one of my faves! The owner is really friendly and helpful. I loved how tender the chicken was and the spice level was perfect!

I love the food and tandoori sizzler’s of here and always ordered takeout but this time we wanted to dine in and the restaurant was full with people but still received the Thali meal in less time. The staff is friendly and service was upto the mark and food was delicious. Surly visiting again and highly recommended.

Food was excellent and picking up/ordering on the phone was super easy. I loved the Chicken 65 and the Chicken/Lamb Vindaloo. The chef told me that, upon picking up, they had made an extra order of Chicken Vindaloo by mistake but gave it to me at no extra charge. That was very generous and I'll be sure to come back next time!

Ordered Tandoori Fried Momos for starters. Then Chicken Saag and Paneer Tikka Masala with Chili Garlic Naan 🌶. RECOMMEND for you to try out their Masala Chai for dessert!

The food here was exceptionally yummy. I've recently been hesitant about ordering fish due to consistent disappointments elsewhere, but this place surpassed my expectations. Their flavor profile took me right back to the Goan style dishes I once loved. Definitely a must-visit restaurant!

Nadir and his team catered my 60th birthday celebration at a park. They arrived before time and setup a nice tent, and prepared the food on premise. The food was delicious and fresh, the service outstanding with a smile and warmth. It was a wonderful experience post-covid for close friends and family to enjoy the outdoors. Would strongly recommend Nadir and his team for any occasion.

Food is incredible. The chicken briyani, saag paneer, and fresh naan especially. I live close by so getting delivery always comes very hot and fresh. Have ordered from there dozens of times, has not disappointed me yet. Last time I ordered, they forgot to put one item in the bag - they called me before the grubhub driver even got to my house (only minutes away) to let me know, and delivered the item personally, and very quick. Very good customer service, really appreciated and shows they care. Portions are always great - they stuff those takeout containers full up! Only minor nitpicking i can say is they can be inconsistent with how much rice they give you, lol. Sometimes I've gotten none, one time i ordered 1 extra and got 4 full containers lol. But I will be ordering again very soon!!

Tandoor catered a meal for 25 people for my family during a wedding celebration and they were phenomenal. They were extremely accommodating with various dietary restrictions and kept in constant communication about what they would be able to make with us. When there was a slight miscommunication on the day of picking up, this restaurant went the extra mile to make and deliver the correct items while being extremely professional and apologetic. On top of that, the food was so incredibly tasty with unique flavors. Highly recommend eating here and using them to cater any events!

Zunkaa, under new ownership has an excellent chef, delicious consistent food, and at a reasonable price. I usually order Handi Goat Masala, Chicken Kolhapoori, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Garlic Nan. I would say with the goat/lamb dishes they can add more quantity for the meat otherwise the tastes are to die for. Atmosphere is cozy, hole in the wall that you will feel comfortable having your meals.

Food was really great. We ordered plain Naan and they burned two of them; beside that the butter chicken; chicken fried rice and daal makhni was very tasty. Service was great!

Awesome hidden gem. Small place but such awesome food. The owner personally took care of us and recommended some awesome dishes. First time we had no leftover ( as we stuffed ourselves) the serving size was pretty good too. Would be going again. The place is on my contact now, for catering home get together too.

Tandoor is a small physical space for seating guests and feels like a small diner. That said, the restaurant is clean and the food is excellently flavored. My family and I, along with my Mom and my brother had lunch there on Friday. We had Chicken Tikka Masala which was rich and savory. We also had bhatura and chole that were great. My daughter and wife had chicken reshmi kabob and chili paneer which were also excellent.
I would definitely eat the food here again. If you don't like the simple ambiance, take it to go. You won't regret it.
