It's nice going into a store that always has what we need and usually cheaper than the larger sporting good stores. Friendly staff.

It was a great shopping experience. We were looking for a gift for our grandson and the staff were so helpful and professional. They have quite a selection of items to choose from. Despite being so busy with the last minute Christmas shoppers, like us, the staff was so positive and that helped make for a great experience.

Sheryl was fantastic and helped us all find the right fit ski goggles for my entire family. Considerate and quick. Unfortunately all of her hard work was undone by a problem employee that I've had repeated issues with, Theresa. Theresa tried to blame all of her own shortcomings on the non cashier employee as well as being extremely rude to myself and my kids. This isn't the first time I've had problems with Theresa. One time she attempted to disarm me and take my locked case from me when I was looking for a new mag for my 9mm. She makes me not want to shop at my favorite store.

My experience with Bob wards has been amazing. Chris has gone above and beyond to help support and give back to people in our community. This had everything you would need, hunting, fishing, sports clothes, waders, and sunglasses. My husband found some camping gear.
Kids liked the snacks, shoes, and the friendly people. Don't remember her name, but my son said she found them the perfect net to go with his float tube.
Selection was good, prices were comparable to other places.
We went out of our way to get to this store. So it was worth it!

This is the only place I get my hiking shoes. The prices are fair, with a variety of choices.

Great selection, awesome staff. I've been gearing up for winter, and the folks in the ski section have been incredibly helpful. They not only helped me get the gear I needed, but did so being conscious of my budget.

Good prices, Hugh selection and friendly helpful staff. There were more staff in the store than customers and they were busy. I bought some wool socks and gloves. Will be back for other stuff.

Wonderful store. All employees were very helpful. Found exactly what I needed for my grandson that is starting crosscountry track in school this year. When I went to school you had 1 pair of sneakers for everything you did. And those were converse sneakers. Now you need a pair for running and a pair for basketball and another pair to be super cool. Anyway, the employees at Bob's knew exactly what I needed.

Went in to look, ended up staying over 2 hours talking about guns with one of the gun guys. Very helpful, lots of knowledge, friendly. I had a good time!

Great place, if you need something, most likely they will have it. I was disappointed I couldn't get a shotgun for hunting on my trip there, but that federal bs, not their fault. Prices aren't bad either. Recommended if you are in the area.

Bob Wards is a superior customer service model. Friendly staff have always bent over backwards to make us happy . As a result , i almost exclusively recommend them for all your firearm needs!
