We came up the drive thru 30 mins before closing. My expectations were that we would be refused service because the machines were already clean or would be met with an unfriendly employee.....Yet this was not the case at all!!
We were met with the most energetic voice as if it was 7am and they were so excited to take our order. All our orders were correct, all made in a timely manner and customer service exceeded all expectations. The two people that were on closing shift Thursday did an amazing job. Having worked in service industry I know I would've had attitude if a group of people came in 30 min to closing and I am so impressed at the professionalism and high level of customer service experience last night.

The line was super long when I pulled in and I was about to leave and then realized that the line was actually moving pretty fast compared to some other coffee places I've waited at. Waited up getting our nice hot coffee and enjoying the rest of the ride home.

This Starbucks barista crew is awesome! These hard workers make my day whether I visit morning, noon, or after work! And my favorite drinks are consistently delicious 😋.

The baristas are so sweet. They make my drink PERFECT. I love it here. They even remembered me. Such a nice staff. I’d come in just to see them honestly. Love it here

This. Was. Amazing. COFFEE. OMG!!!!! Most unbelievable cup of joe I've ever had. WOW! I wish we had little boutique coffee shops like this back home :( Really wonderful to see all these unique mom 'n pop businesses throughout Butte. Hopefully, this place really takes off and brings a cafe to Seattle. Love the name.

I ordered some cappuccinos. By the time I got 5 minutes away one of the drinks fell flat and there was only half a cup of coffee left. I don't normally get these kinds of drinks and considering my other coffee still has foam and was decently full I figured something was wrong. I go back through the drive through and the ladies explained what happened very nicely. They remade my drink and were very polite even though it was my mistake. Great customer service

Visited this location a couple of times, once in the drive-thru and once in store. Both times we had perfect drinks and friendly service. When we went in the store it was very clean, and the employees were very nice to my children, humoring them by explaining how they were doing things, and even answering the bizarre questions like "how many gallons of milk do you use in a day?", and doing so all with a smile.

Love the apple pie frapp and the puppicino for my Tesla.

I am pretty much obsessed with Starbucks and visit this location on average of 10 times/ week. I have always had amazing service, the drinks are always spot on, they always give my dog a puppuccino (free), and even if the drive through line is wrapped around the building it only tastes a few minutes to get through it. Keep up the great work Starbucks of Butte!

I really can't say either way, so I'm giving the benefit of the doubt. I think it is the only Starbucks in Butte. I just ran in and out for a minute, it was on the smaller side, very clean, and in those few seconds, the staff made a great impression on me. The drive-through was consistently full (because it was raining, most likely). I had to meet up with a girl who was studying for school (yes, cliché), to pick up something, and of course, her presence didn't seem to bother them at all. 👍

Breakfast of Champions! Long lines. Girl was very friendly.

Coffee is good the drive thru line is horrible and now before the order board they have a row of cars cutting in line. It is hell trying to get out of the lot if you have been park. The noise level is really bad inside.outside noise caused. Staff always friendy

It's really good! With all the coffee options and the many kinds of things you can add to your drink. The coffee's are really good and the customer service is also pretty good! It's one of the best coffee shops in my opinion.
