Noticed for the first time that this establishment serves more than drinks. We decided to stop in and give it a try. The restraunt is super cozy, love the tables. Their menu is simple, but varied. Main meals are burgers, salads, wraps and sandwiches. The husband tried the Duke, mostly because of the name and I tried the Southwest club. Since we were trying, he went for seasoned fries and I the onion rings. We topped our order off with two shakes, chocolate & caramel. The service was excellent, the young man taking our order patiently answered all of our questions. It took maybe ten minutes for our meal to be delivered to the table. The meal looked amazing and for the price, we felt we were given great portions, no skimping here. (We had left overs to take home) The food....all of it was awesome. I think the seasoned fries are the best I've ever had. The shakes were very good. I liked that they weren't overly thick and were easy to drink.

Nikki was wonderful! This was our first time, and she was really patient with our looking at all the yummy items they offer!!!! Sizes are large. The full size biscuits and gravy are huge. My husband had to take 1/2 of the order home!

I've been for coffee many times and it's always great, if you're not sure just explain what you're looking for and they'll help you find the perfect drink. I ordered a breakfast burrito this time and not only was is delicious, but it was humongous!! I literally ate it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (it was a long workday). So nice to be able to not only treat myself with a coffee, but to also get a fresh breakfast in one stop 🙌

Best burgers in town! A little expensive but worth it! Fries are amazing and the desserts are delicious!

Ordered for pickup only. Always quick! Food has always been amazing! Have not been been disappointed yet! Would absolutely recommend!

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Burgers are more than ample and nice amount of fries. Personnel friendly and courteous. We will definitely eat here again!

The lunch crew today was all girls and they did wonderful! They all had such great attitudes and helped us through all the options. The food was great but the customer service from these ladies was even better! I recommend!!

We had a hamburger and a roastbeef sandwich, Nicky, was so sweet she gave us a bag of delicious bacon for our doggies when we didn't expect it, they spotted our dogs from drive-thru window.

We were just passing through and stopped for Cofffe. The service was excellent! The food and coffee were amazing. I stopped back when returning home because the service and food were so good! Nikki gave us excellent services and her smile and demeanor brightened our day.

The best. Best burgers, coffee and dessert place in all of Butte. Super nice staff. Very funny work attire I love the “Pot Head” shirts. Super great door dasher. Yeah we love this place. We eat here regularly. Love love love it. The best onion rings ever. Best cookies and drinks.

Good burgers and fries, go hungry. Had the Montana burger. All are double patty, and fries come with. Meal runs around $20 bucks per person with a soda.

Katrina and her crew are absolutely amazing. They are so kind and great at what they do. My family and I look forward to chatting with these humans everytime we visit this location, which is ALOT. You guys are the best!

Had a bun less burger tonight and it was yummy. Would have been nice to have a lettuce wrap option, or definitely more sturdy flatware. Onion rings were very good. Will be trying out coffee next!

The food is great, but the service isn't. My order normally isn't given to me correctly even after asking twice to make sure. They barely read your order back to you, and you can tell it's causing confusion among staff.

Update: I've gone back a couple of times so far. It seems like the staff is getting a lot better. And the food and coffee are definitely delicious

The food is always fresh and amazing. Nikki is the best! She is super friendly and I will definitely be coming back to see her. Drive thru goes super fast when Nikki is working! Customer service is amazing when Nikki is there she actually cares about her customers.

We have come through a few times for coffee and breakfast. Unimpressed with staff those few times. Today was the best experience we’ve ever had. Jimmy at the window was the best hiring they have done. Super friendly, very kind, personable. He alone will have us coming back! The food was great (usually is!) Also the fastest I’ve even been served today. The team this morning was killing it!

I went in and had such a good experience. The food is amazing and the service was even more the reason I would come back, Nikki is amazing made me feel so special even cleared my table while I was done eating and got me to order frech silk pie, she is amazing with customer service, you need more like her, I had a bad experience with a man at night time with long hair in a hat but Nikki made it right. I am a older man who has lived here my whole life but I will always go back for the customer service Nikki gives me! Get rid of the young kids and let Nikki walk out to talk to people she always asks customers how there food and coffee was and how to fix it if it wasn't up to par. Nikki is the best asset to BW Blacksmith and she should be there 24/7 if she is not there I don't visit. My favorite burger is the montana love the chili and the fries are to die for. But the fact that Nikki comes out and acknowledged me everything I'm there that is worth the a million bucks
