Store is clean and the hours are really convenient. The employees are so friendly, helpful and approachable. Food is good quality and has a wide variety of options. I will be coming here often.

We moved to the area 2 years ago and have been coming to this Ralph's ever since. We have been to other Ralph's in the area however, this one really stands out. It has a traditional neighborhood market feel and is well stocked with fresh fruit, meats, flowers, baked goods and a wide selection of fine wine. The staff is also fantastic and super helpful. Wanted to give a special shoutout to Lisa whom we've met several times and is a great Ralph's ambassador. We love this place and highly recommend it.

The shopping service is amazing. Using the app to make a shopping list, sending it in by 9am, it has been available to pick up in the back of my car just a few hours later. I appreciate the accuracy of selection and happy attitude of my shopper.

Quick at the register but if you're extra impatient like me there are plenty of self-checkouts.

It's a beautiful area so get up and walk yourself to this store if you're not one for unidirectional parking lots. It can be like musical chairs but there are secondary parking spots and street parking shouldn't be a problem.

This grocery store is very convenient. It is the closest one the point loma navy base and has a decent selection of produce, meats, and packaged items. The staff is always very friendly and I've never ran into any issues shopping here. The prices are competitive and even if you don't have a Ralph's card the staff will be more than happy to scan one of theirs so you can get a few dollars of savings. This store doesn't have as large of a selection of items as a larger grocery store would but its good enough based on its size and location.

Our family is visiting here from Texas and just had a wonderful experience at the deli. We were assisted by Richard. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and got us exactly what we asked for while making it a great experience for our 3 children. Which was awesome for my husband and myself! Very grateful for fantastic service!

The majority of our local shopping is at this Ralph's for several reasons:
1) Convenience - it is nearby
2) Selection - they stock everything we want
3) Produce - there is a good selection and it is fresh
4) Service - wonderful customer service. We are remembered by the employees when we shop and they do the little things specific to us to make our experience right. Like loading our bags light because of my back, without having to be reminded each time. Special thanks to Luke! And last but not least they are friendly and generally helpful.

The store is kept clean. There is plenty of parking.

Although this is a smaller Ralph's store, it's my go-to of all the large grocery chains because 1) it's open 24 hours, and 2) hasn't failed me yet when I've needed to run out and pick up some last-minute items. It also has self check-out registers so that you're not standing there at 02:37 waiting for a cashier. The only drawback sometimes is the parking situation during peak hours.
The deli/bakery department is top-notch, the store always looks clean, the produce beautiful and well-stacked. On addition to all of that, I've always been treated kindly by the employees.

It was wonderful. Very busy, but I was helped with my checking out in the self-check out lane by a very sweet girl. My knee was so painful and she did everything for me. I love most of their employees

This is the smallest Ralph's you will ever see, but don't let that dissuade you. The selection is great/high end and everything you could want. Isles are narrow and high but everyone is aware and respectful of the tight quarters. My go to store.

Had a phenomenal experience while dealing with Gina R. in floral on 02/19/2017. I was in desperate need of several Lilly bouquets in a short amount of time. Gina went way above and beyond to locate enough Lily's, and topped that by personally making me nine separate beautiful bouquets. All while still helping out other customers that inivertanly came through floral section asking questions, and buying balloons. I thanked her several times and truly appreciate her for helping me out with my fast approaching deadline! I truly appreciate her and hope this review reaches the right people!

My goodness, reasonably priced groceries in California? Great produce section too considering the size.

I wish they had bike parking though.
