Since this location opened, I've been shopping here pretty regularly. I've seen the negative reviews, which seem to be mostly about the pharmacy. I've had a prescription filled here only once and had no problem. In all fairness, however, most of my experiences have been in the main part of the store. It's always clean and very organized. The prices aren't too competitive, but they're good when there's a sale. The Cashiers have always been friendly and helpful.

I find it hard to believe all of the negative reviews. Maybe it's just that these people just don't understand the workings of a pharmacy. COVID has reduced the people who are willing to work anywhere. Sure, there are times when the pharmacy is overwhelmed with orders and customers, so give these employees a break. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for 7 years and have never found employee rude or ignorant.

This Walgreens was a small miracle on our vacation.My toddler needed a new lifejacket..the kind that clips all the way around and has the water wings attached,this is the only way she’s comfortable to swim otherwise she cannot get into the water.I didn’t think I would have any problem finding this in and around ocean city but we sure did,went to multiple different stores including Walmart and left empty handed.We gave up and headed back to our hotel and realized how big this Walgreens was when we drove by,popped a quick U turn and figured we would try.Sure enough they had a tonnn,and even better paw patrol ones! My daughter was so happy.

The Young men that are at the check out counter are very helpful and very pleasant every time I go in to shop. They have not changed their attitude since the new store opened as some employees do.

The manager Jason and the cashier Dan were very helpful applying a coupon when the system wouldn't except it. And the store is so bright and clean.

Always have what I need. Sometimes have unique items that are useful.

I moved here six months ago and been using this pharmacy. I have never had an issue with my meds and everyone has been nice. Yes sometimes there very busy I just come back when there not.

Store is newer and nice but there is no immediate photo printing machine, you have to order it for pick up.

Nothing convenient about getting your immunizations here. Just go to your doctor. They claim to be in stock then aren’t. Paperwork filled out on line is lost. Slow.

When I have to go to the Pharmacy, the staff ALWAYS seems to have an attitude. Had an apmt at 11:45 for a Booster. I had to sit until 12:35 to be finally called. No other customers waiting for a shot and very few customers at the counter but there was an abundance of staff behind the counter. I have also heard the same concerns from others. No more of this Walgreens for me. They've lost my family's business.

This pharmacy needs an overhaul. The pharmacist and help are horribly rude, non helpful. Ignore questions, don’t pick up phone. I could go on and on.
The hours are ridiculous closes at 6:00 what’s up with that?? No one needs their medication after work??? And closed on weekends don’t get me started with that absolutely ridiculous rule. I can’t stand this pharmacy and they are so bad seriously doubt there is any room for improvement.

Never again! Hot or cold. Either they follow up on RX refills or they don’t. Seems you have to follow up yourself, or you won’t get it at all. Out of common drugs frequently. Hot/cold as far as staff attitude- probably depends on their mood that visit. Not open at night or weekends, so be prepared to take off work if you use them for RX. Walmart has my RX now.

The Lady at the counter has been rude to me for the last time. i will no longer frequent Walgreens, i have changed my family's pharmacy to Coastal Drug in South Gate who are fantastic. That woman needs an attitude check!!! i do not want to give this review any stars but it won't let me post without one.

I love that this Walgreens employs mentally handicapped folk! Everyone should have the opportunity to play their part in the American work force. Unfortunately this means the pharmacy always has ten people waiting in line, they will screw up your prescription or invent an excuse not to fill it, they are often out of stock (they were out of naproxen and the refrigerated section is literally full of empty shelves) you’ll wait spend 30 minutes on hold to speak to anyone by phone, they close the drive-thru at random times throughout the day, and the one checkout cashier pretends she doesn’t see you waiting to pay for your $10 roll of medical tape (that sells for $1 online) because she prefers hanging out in the photo lab. But all the wait is worth it to see the satisfaction on an employee’s face when they actually do something quickly or correctly.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to bad attitudes from pharmacy technicians. Slow wait times on prescription drug fills. Will not answer the phone just keep being put back on hold I hope someone could quality control this location. This is not like any other Walgreens I have been to all other Walgreens I have been to give great customer service and support I will not conduct business at this location in the future but I'm a loyal customer at other branches.
