AT&T Store

Both folks working were extremely kind and the store had a nice, calming vibe and even smelled good! I am often stressed while out and about with an infant and small dog, but they were very accommodating and helped me with exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend this store, the manager is knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’m glad I stopped in on my trip as I’m not local to the area! Thank you again!

The staff at this store was extremely helpful and cheerful while doing so. Their knowledge and interest allowed them to easily resolve our issue. They made the switch to AT&T a comfortable experience. We will definitely do business with them in the future as well.

Joey gave great service. Answered all my questions and showed me a few new products that sparked my interest. I explained to him I was contemplating changing stores because Fenton isn't there anymore, but I gave it one more chance. Joey got the job done and went above and beyond!

Caitlyn Concha was working at the store on Hwy 17, I was selling my Apple watch to a AT&T customer. she went out of her way to help with the transfer of the watch and setup the buyer with cell service on her new the watch. Amazing service! Thank you:)

This is the best AT&T store around! Joey, the manager, is absolutely incredible and I would have given more than 5 stars if I could have. I had an issue and called corporate "Customer Care" or, as I have renamed it, "Customer? We Don't Care." I then tried the store from which I had ordered the new phone. Both told me that the promotion I had received had never existed and had never been offered. And they each told me to consult the other - the store told me to call corporate and corporate told me to call the store.
Fortunately, I found Joey at the store on Traders Way, my HERO! He took care of the issue in about 3 minutes. I will never go to another store!

Jessica was so nice and managed the heavy crowd PERFECTLY! She made sure nobody waited long and was still helping me . This girl needs a promotion

I decided to make a switch from Verizon to AT&T: the entire process was seamless, I wish I would have done it sooner.

The store employees were extremely professional and efficient in getting me set up with a new contract and phone. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided me the highest quality service.

I drove to this store because my local AT&T store did not know the program that I was interested in signing up under AND I waited to get this information for nearly 20 minutes. My recommendation: make the drive tot his store, it is worth your time and patience! An extremely knowledgeable crew that set me up in a short amount of time with exactly what I needed.

My phone stopped working due to my SIM card being damaged and tried speaking with a representative on the 800 number and after one hour and 20 minutes trying to fix the problem, I had to stop by the AT&T store location in Pooler. When I arrived there all the representatives were taking care of customers. After a short wait time, Joey reached out to help me. Not only did he get my phone fixed with a new SIM card, he also helped me with extra features and explained how to use them to improve my experience with my phone. He was very polite and knowledgeable! If I ever have any need for assistance I will always go see Joey and will recommend him to everyone that have any mobile service needs!

I had the best experience at this AT&T in Pooler. They took care of me as soon as I entered the store and addressed all my needs. A+++

Outstanding, Is the first word that comes to mind when I think about my experience at this store. K.C I believe was her name and she was amazing. From beginning to end she listened to my needs and made sure I got exactly what I needed that fit my lifestyle. I really enjoyed working with her and I loved the team atmosphere. You can feel the positive vibes in the air and how everyone just got along and worked NSYNC. I'd definitely recommend this establishment to a friend or family member. Keep up the great work guys!!

Phenomenal service. Taylor, who assisted my husband and I, was extremely helpful and gave us the information straightforward. Very kind and funny to, as we were there for a while. The other two workers, DJ and KC, had no other customers, so instead of sitting around doing nothing, they helped get our phones together and pick out accessories. We didn’t even have to get out of our seats and they put cartoons on for our 5 year old son so he wasn’t bored. Very kind and helpful staff. Wish we lived in Georgia just so we could always go to this location!

KC is the best! She is super knowledgeable and always able to help with any questions we have. Her attitude brightens our day every time we walk through the doors. The whole staff has a very positive vibe about them. Thanks for being awesome and have a blessed day!

KC and the Manager were great! This is a much bigger store than I was used to. I love all the tech they had out for people to play with. I was able to get 2 new s7's and just turned in my old phone. I literally was going to Longhorn and walked right over. Love this place!!!!!!! Super friendly.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is always friendly and professional. If someone is unsure about resolving my problem, they take the time to find the answer. I prefer them over dialing 611 from my phone any day! Nia was my service provider today and she exceeded my expectations! Thank you all for making customers your priority.
