Best Rite Aid Ever! All employees are fantastic. Store is clean and well stocked. Would not go anywhere else!

The reason why I come to Rite Aid is for the cleanliness of the store and because of the way that I'm treated when I pick up my prescriptions. The women that work here already know my name so I dont have to say a thing except hello! I like this kind of service. The service is terrific and they go out of their way to help me with my refills. I get text messages on my cell to remind me what I need and when. This store on Bristol Street is my "go to" for all my needs and it doesn't hurt that I can do a little make-up shopping while I'm there.

The pharmacy is great. Kelly is the best. She is always helpful and is very friendly. She even calls me and other customers by our name.

My fave store. I spend more money at Rite Aid then anywhere else. Always have whatever I need or want or don't even know that I need it or want it until I see it. Unfortunately, their shelves have been quite empty the past 2 months or so. I'm not certain why. I have heard that their supposed to be going out of business but I don't think that's likely. I hope not. Love my Rite Aid.

This RA is well-organized, clean, and has better customer service than two others I've visited within Santa Ana. The wait for the Thrifty Ice Cream was decently short. I easily found one other item I was looking for on 9/15/21.

I use the pharmacy at the least once a week. The pharmacy staff is great. They personally help and truly care. The manager in the store is friendly and personable she even helped me load my car with some things I bought .I have back problems and it was a huge help. The front counter team is awesome . Great pharmacy staff. I actually had sent the prescription for my daughter to CVS as she was very sick. Unfortunately, CVS didn't have it in stock! I was rushing to find a nearby pharmacy that carried the medication and found this Rite Aid. The girl that answered the phone was really professional and helpful. I told her what I needed and she said they had it but that the pharmacy was closing in a half hour. I live right behind this place so I said I'd be there right away. She said ok. She actually took my info down and called the other pharmacy (to transfer the prescription) for me in order to save time and ensure I got the meds. When I got there she had also already found my daughter's medical info and I literally didn't need to do anything except pick it up. The pharmacist himself was also nice. It was great that they went out of their way to get me the meds before they closed. If I ever need a med and they are open, I'm going there.

just came inside to get some ice cream like always and the employee that served us was very nice and asked us kindly to not eat inside the store which we understood and made sure we had a great night ! the store was very clean and shiny and everything was nicely organized so we got some very welcoming employees and some nice customer service thank you

Rite Aid has always given me great service. Associates are always friendly and efficient.
