As usual, yesterday I had another incredible experience with Omar when my family was due for phone upgrades. Not only is he so knowledgeable, but he is SO patient, explaining all the options and pros and cons. And he goes above and beyond in trying to find the best promotions and ways to save money. He really cares about his customers. Every time we have occasion to go there for anything, we always leave feeling happy and well taken care of.

Wow ! I brought my mother here for a new iPhone and Omar helped us greatly. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. My mom was upgrading from an older iPhone 6 so she needed help and Omar came through. We were grateful to have him help us.

Excellent customer service at Verizon wireless TCC in Franklin Lakes! I went in this week to get my daughter set up with a new phone. When I walked in the door, Omar greeted me and remembered me from the last time. We go there for all of our Verizon needs. I am not tech savvy and Omar was very patient with me, walked me through everything and was excellent at explaining everything to me. He spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated that. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the best deal. He not only set up my daughters phone but went above and beyond to adjust some things on my Verizon account also.

Me and my wife have been coming here for years since we moved to Franklin Lakes. The young man Franco is an amazing salesmen and he's my go to phone guy. I'd recommend him to anybody looking to not get ripped off knowing how salesmen are now a days. Also the store is always get nice and clean.
