AT&T Store

Switched from Verizon to AT&T, went to the AT&T store in piscataway and Tim was absolutely phenomenal!!!! What an amazing experience!!! Tim was such a kind, friendly, and did all that needed to be done to help us out. If you ever need to see someone I would highly recommend Tim!!!!

Tim is very professional and patient enough to explain the plan details. He is one man army managing the entire store! Amazing experience! Every customer facing should have a person like Tim!

Tim was great, he helped me figure out the best option for me with trading in my old device for my new one! he was very thorough and did his best to help me at every moment he could with my trade in. ATT needs more reps like him, he has yet to let me down with my customer service issues, that's why I keep going back to just him in the Piscataway NJ store.

this is the store to go to. I don't care what carrier you have, these guys are great. TIM AND JORD have helped me and friends so many times I can't say enough great things about them. All reps were very friendly, knowledgeable of products specs. This is my 2nd time in the Piscataway location and reps gave me over satisfactory service. I will go back to location very ordering online.

If you ever need to purchase a new phone or accessories, Sofia is the gal you should see. She’s super sweet, patient and extremely knowledgeable. What normally would take me hours to accomplish she did in minutes. Highly recommend both this store and this employee!

I was have problem syncing my phone and watch for 4 days. I tried other locations, customer service and advance tech but no luck. Then came to the Piscataway location and they would not let me leave till the problem was solved because they wanted to know what the problem was to be able to tackle it if they came apon the problem again. I'll bring my service and money to this location anytime. Thank you guys.

I went today to this store for a chip replacement, then I had some problems after I left while making phone calls. I called to the store and the guy was very helpful and took me through customer service call until we found out the real issue behind the problem. Highly satisfied with customer service. Thank you!!!
