I’ve enjoyed whatever I’ve ordered here so far! The tapioca pearls are perfectly cooked and I’m loving all the Filipino bubble tea flavors. It’s awesome that they also serve snacks and hot food! Staff has been super friendly and I always find myself coming back here to try something new. The cute murals on the walls were also done by a local artist, and I think it’s wonderful that they commission them to add some personality to the place.

A very cozy boba cafe, with delicious drinks and treats! There's always adorable & pretty paintings chibi characters on the glass and inside too. The texture of the tapioca is always perfect, the flavors are all amazing, & the texture of the tea is super satisfying. Everything is a 10/10 and the drinks are affordable.

I love this place! Their drinks are amazing and the sticky waffles are so warm and just the right amount of sweet. Everytime I go, the drinks get better and better; any fine tuning they've been doing is paying off. The coconut smoothie with boba is my current drink of choice but I'm working my way through the menu so that I can try it all.

All of the staff that I've met are welcoming, attentive, and amiable. You can tell that the owner cares about this place so much by how well kept everything is and the overall air of contentment from both the staff and patrons.

This is definitely my new pick-me-up spot and my husband knows it. Whenever he gets a protein shake after the gym he knows I'm gonna ask for some boba too.

It's definitely a must-buy if you're nearby.

i’m here quite frequently as bubz is within walking distance from my house. i’ve enjoyed every tea i’ve gotten thus far! i ordered the spam musubi bowl today and it rocks! a lot of the time, the boba is still warm which tells me they make it frequently. the art on the wall and the window are also fantastic and i love seeing what new illustrations are on the window every month or so :^)

Best tapioca pearls you can find around here, hands down. Perfect texture and sweetness, and the staff and shoppe itself are lovely. Great place!

I had taro milk boba with tapioca, it was really good! My personal favorite has got to be the dalgona boba because it’s perfect blend of milk sugar with coffee. Staff is super friendly! I checked in at 4 pm and checked out at 8:45pm after a study session at this location. Let’s just say it was a very productive study session: beautiful city like views, not so crowded, nice aesthetic overall. 10/10

Anything you get from Bubz is always delicious. If you don’t know what you want… they will always be able to suggest something to you! Just tried one of the new coffee drinks. It was a perfect pick me up and exactly what I needed! You will never be disappointed when you stop in here. Drinks, treats, service and staff is the best… hands down!

We loved Bubz Boba Tea, we had the coconut one and it was amazing, better then many big boba places I’ve been before. And the atmosphere is great!!!

Bubz Boba Bar has become sort of an obsession for the whole family. The shakes with real fruit pieces are delicious! Taro smoothie and Filipino Mango shake are our favorite. Located next to the Dunellen Train Station, do yourself a favor and check out Bubz Boba bar.

THE BEST BOBA AROUND! The actual boba is so sweet, nice and soft. Definitely my new go to spot! having the option to get Oat milk is great for those lactose intolerant. If you like boba, please go here! Good prices too and super nice people!

The drinks are always delicious! The ube banana pudding is one of my top favorite desserts ever. I recently had spam musubi with banana ketchup. It was amazing! I actually like the banana ketchup more than tomato ketchup. And most importantly, the staff is always super friendly.
