Shopping here was an outstanding experience made possible by the profound knowledgeable employee Ian (Who should be considered by all as an expert within the field of soccer and track). What at 1st was a slightly unwelcoming initial experience due to a different younger associate disregarding my need of assistance by only pointing me in the general direction of the track cleats due to conversating with two other employees, I found another employee who went above and beyond with providing insights on what gear I would need to set me up for the start of my track career. His patience was demonstrated with me asking a multitude of questions to which he elaborated on in superb detail. Thank you Ian, the travel from where I reside to deciding on taking my business to this location was a game changer and is highly appreciated.

Brandon R., Justin and Devion are the people to reference when you need to find something quickly and efficiently. They were nothing less than enthusiastic and informative when it came to stock supply and detailed descriptions of when to expect a certain item by providing us with options in various cases. Employees walking around, asking if you need help is great. Personally, I don't like that all that much being an introvert, but it's better than seeing employees on their phones and not doing anything. The store is always clean and never too crowded.

Associate that got my item for me was super helpful. Didn't try to upsell me or package anything with it. Even gave me a small discount because I was buying a floor model. Wish they stocked more basketball shoes, but the staff deserves 5 stars.

Nice store in a big outdoor shopping center with plenty of parking. Store was well stocked, yet roomy enough to move about freely. And a shout-out to polite/knowledgeable sales associates! ☮💟
