I needed to exchange a pair of shoes for the right size. Originally ordered online and exchanged in store for a faster process. The sales lady was extremely helpful nice and made my exchange very painless. I’ll definitely keep this location in mind for future reference. The store was also very well maintained neat clean everything easily viewable etc.

Jason provided expert advice on proper sizing, variety in structures for different activities or differences in strides and a new whole vocabulary for parts of foot. Only then did we discuss material, color, style and proper care of my new athletic shoes. Thanks for hospitality, patience, and willingness to educate an old man!

A+ customer service. I called the DC store to ask about the Navy/Gray 992 release and the lady I spoke with went above and beyond for me. Knowing that it's a popular shoe, she checked with NB factories and was able to order the last pair in my size! Very happy customer!

Customer Service experience was superb today! I had trouble finding a specific pair of sneakers. I had been calling around all Rising! No one could accommodate me... not because the shoe wasn’t available because it was definitely in stock! I guess Covid-19 has everyone in a bad mood. However my experience at this location? The complete opposite. Completely clean. Friendly and a lovely shopping experience all around! Thanks to Jason as well as the handsome chocolate gentleman greeting at the front door w/ hand sanitizer (Micheal I believe) sorry if I am wrong! They should train the entire DMV region on customer service, so because I had such a great experience at this location today I bought the pair of sneakers I was looking for and 4 other items! I will be returning.

This is THE New Balance store. Here you can find almost every model. If you are a fan of this brand , then stop by. The lady helping is very nice.

I have awkward feet and New Balance Shoes fit me better than Walmart shoes and I wear orthodox in my shoes too. And now I'm about to get snow boots that my orthodox will fit in from New Balance.
