They gave us the best service. It was easy and so many deals added to what we originally came in for. JEREMIAH WAS AMAZING. I will come every time, again and again

I had a fantastic experience in the store. The employees were very kind and helpful. They even made sure that my kids were able to watch some thing while they wait.

I had to get a new cellphone because the old one wasn't holding a charge. I was greeted by Taylor from the AT&T store in Boardman by Marc's. We are visiting my sister-in-law in Youngstown. I knew about the store and have always received excellent customer service and Taylor gave me just that. If your company gives rewards or kudos to its employees for giving outstanding customer service to its employees, I would like for Taylor to receive such an award. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
I now have a new phone and I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you Taylor.

Yesterday I went in to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 14 pro max. When I entered into the store, I was instantly greeted and assisted. And the young man whose cologne was so awesome was so smooth and kind. He was helpful and fast.

This store is awesome. They have the most helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Jonathan is an amazing manager and I’m happy that he’s at the boardman store. All of the employees were busy and Jonathan let me know someone would be with my shortly. He made the experience at AT&T very smooth. The best part is I got a $50 item for $10 and both of us were excited. He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him and had an answer for everything. If I could give a 6th star, I would. Thank you for hiring Jonathan.

Kelly went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service and absolute satisfaction with my experience purchasing my new phone. She was pleasant to be around, she was quick and efficient she made my phone buying experience enjoyable. While being extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered. She talked me into also purchasing three accessories to go along with the iPhone 13 I purchased and I am happy she did I’m sure if I would’ve stayed any longer she could’ve talked me into buying the rest of the store if I have the money, awesome salesman most definitely.

Store associate was Tyson and he was absolutely amazing and patient from start to finish. He was 100% knowledgeable on every question I had and we were beyond satisfied with our services and purchases. That young man deserves a lot of recognition he is beyond good at his job and I’d recommend him for anyone going into the Tiffany Plaza AT&T store in Boardman!

Went there for a few general questions and to change something about my plan, But Ryan was really awesome and helped me save and upgrade!! The rest of the staff was also really friendly this is going to be my go to AT&T store now!!

Laura the manager at the store in Poland was very helped full. She was kind very professional and very patient. She solved my issues . People like Laura are the reason why I have been with AT&T for a long time.I have been coming sense it was cingular. Laura is very professional at her job and people like her make you feel special.

With our service getting worse and worse at Verizon, my husband and I made an impromptu trip to AT&T to talk about possibly switching over. Julian was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He broke down what to expect with the phone bill, billing cycle, activation fees, and pulling our current numbers with Verizon over to AT&T.

What a wonderful, and I mean wonderful experience I had with this group! I worked with a gentleman named Jorey, and it was probably my best experience buying a phone. The new manager Laura was fantastic made me feel comfortable and never felt rushed to buy a phone.. I highly recommend this store.

This morning I was pressed for time and needed a third line for our business. I contacted the store and was told they would be waiting for me as soon as the doors opened. As a fairy tale would go, it was amazing. The specialist Laura was there to great me and like clockwork my needs were met. No hassle or long waiting time. After several cancelled orders online, I went to the store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a smile. The associate was fantastic. He was able to gather my information, call to review my account, obtain approval, process my order, and put the phone in my hand all in under 10 minutes. I was also walked to the door when I left.
