Just stopped in, because I'd never been there. Very nice store and staff. Found some gifts and a little something for me, too. It's not just bird cages and seed, although they have a nice selection of those, too. They also have earrings, pins and helpful kitchen items. I enjoyed my visit.

Great place to visit and get an idea of all the possibilities that you can offer the wildlife in your front or back yard. I came by to find a more specific bird seed since the majority of wild bird seed I was putting out was not being eaten. I was able to look at the posters they had on the wall to figure out which birds we were getting and what they ate. Now everything's getting eaten and our bird visitors have tripled! Very helpful customer service and a relaxing environment. :-)

Wild Birds Unlimited in Salem has a great selection of seed and feeders for birds, among many other related items. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I do all of our bird seed and feeder shopping at this store. Our birds are especially appreciate our feeders and fresh water sources in the winter.

Besides items for birds there are other gift items. Very nicely organized. Efficient sales personnel.

My family and I needed some squirrel food and had questions regarding our hummingbird bird feeder. The clerk was very helpful, answering all our questions and very knowledgeable about her products and wildlife. We had an amazing experience learning about the area and she was spot on with her recommendation about the squirrel food!!!

My very first time in Wild Birds Unlimited, I had no idea this place existed until today. I travel to the area for work and have been around this part of Salem many times, I noticed the place as I drove by & being new to the Bird Scene?... Community?... I knew I had to stop by. Very knowledgeable staff at the WBU, they had answers for all of my avian questions. I bought a bird bath & some seed. I can't wait to try the bath out later(not me, for the birds) 🕊 Thanks WB Unlimited!!

This fantastic little shop was beyond charming. The exterior set the bar high, so walking around the inside and being just as delighted was a perk. The range of products offered was satisfying and above my expectations. My wife was is obsessed and we will be back for the transparent suction cup bird feeder!

Absolutely amazing little shop with equally amazing staff. I've always felt extremely welcome and appreciated when I've gone to look around and purchase feeders and gifts for family and friends. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I just love this place ❤

Very friendly staff was very helpful when I went in looking for a feeder hanger for my deck. She also talked through several varieties of different seed offerings that they had. Even though I've been feeding birds for a long time and feel like I know pretty well what I want, her information was good and actually added to my knowledge of what I was getting and not getting in my feeder. Always a joy to go in here shop local and support our neighbors.

I learned the good birdseed was at Wild Birds Unlimited. The seed I had first bought at a local big box store was being scattered on the ground. I was pleasantly greeted and the place was clean, well priced, nice displays, and great selections of wild outdoor birding products. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. For every question I asked, received detailed answers and offered different brochures for more information, one about bee pollinators nesting tubes and the other a complete color booklet guide on wild birds. I loved the store and can't wait to go back. Prices appear competitive too, for beautiful bird baths! Worth the drive for any Oregonian or if you are driving through the PNW.

Husband and I drove all the way down to this shop from Damascus today in order to get a feeder to keep out the blasted starlings. The trip was well worth our while. What a terrific store! There were CDs of birdsong filling the air, a well-stocked shop featuring all the bird supplies you could want, and a well arranged store.

The salesman was very helpful and friendly, as was the saleslady I'd spoken to on the phone yesterday. And the resident kitty was a wonderful addition to the business as well.

I would have enjoyed staying longer but we needed to get back home again. I can highly recommend this business and will stop by anytime we're in the neighborhood.

For bird enthusiasts...this store is AMAZING! You don't have to be just a bird lover to enjoy this store. Squirrel feeders, books, jewlery and gifts. If you are new at this lovely hobby you will have helpful, friendly staff waiting to answer all your questions! Once you visit, you will want to go back!

Pros:
Friendly and helpful staff gave sound advice. Good variety of products from birds to bats to bugs that included food and housing. Captures the spirit of nature lovers. I could point someone there for gift shopping and feel confident they will walk out with something great.

Cons:
Accessing the store is tight and the store itself is small.

Purchased:
Rug with bumble bee on it. Unfortunately made it China but couldn't pass on such a unique product.

Great store for bird and squirrel supplies. The selection of bird feeders and the feed for them is extensive. Got these two feeders the other day to help keep the squirrels from stealing the bird seed and damaging the feeders. Definitely recommend Wild Bird Unlimited for your supplies.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and stocked with everything you could possibly want for feeding the birds, and then some. I was surprised by the range of products they offer! It's not just seed, feeders, and houses. It's also art, books, binoculars, cards, socks, hats, scarves, earrings, coffee mugs, de-icers, window stickers, everything and anything a wild bird enthusiast could want to enjoy their hobby. I was quite pleasantly surprised.
