Dunkin'

Everyone working there is so lovely and no matter what time of day I go thru the service is fast and pleasant.

Today is the second day in a row that my latte was made incorrectly. I called because I didn't know if their beans or recipe had changed as this location is always spot on. She wrote my name down and during my next trip out, I redeemed the correct turtle signature latte. The staff on the phone and in store were polite and professional as I couldn't help but to feel a tad embarrassed. The first sip of the remade latte was worth it. Thank you!

The coffee tastes great especially the flavored ones. The donuts they've changed aren't what they used to be they do not even need to sell them.

The quality & selection of donuts here is amazing. I have had exceptional service each time I have visited this business & the employees were friendly & efficient. The one aspect I am the most impressed with is the fact they have boston kreme donuts. Those particular donuts are so delicious; should you find yourself reading this & come to the realization you have never had one, I would highly recommend you indulge yourself & try what I would consider one of the best donuts of all time (besides the blueberry donuts from White House Fruit Farms, everyone knows those are an immaculate conception of savory goodness)

This location has a very clean and organized building from outside. I used the drive through and ordered fresh and delicious sour cream doughnuts, and a frozen chocolate drink for my sister, which she really enjoyed! The employee was polite, and accurate with the order and we were on our way.

I started working at this location about two weeks ago. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help me learn more tasks for the job. The general manager, Makenzie, is also very understanding and good with handling guest relations. This location is understaffed as of the time I write this review; making it difficult for the experienced staff to be everywhere at once. Honestly, I enjoy working there; the customers are friendly, the staff is very helpful and the service is sometimes slow when packed due to being understaffed. The store is kept extremely clean (I should know because I contribute to the cleaning). All in all, I believe in this little Dunkin' to do better in the future.

Elm road always has the fastest service no matter how long the line is go in come back out within probably 5 or 6 minutes if it's wrapped around the building. Good work

I went through the drive thru tonight and had the best experience i’ve ever had at a local dunkin’.
The three girls all served me and had me out of there quick and easy! they even wrote a message on my cup!
i would drive to this dunkin’ anytime to get my coffee at this one just because of how great the staff is here!

I love the frozen carmel coffees!!! I was upset when they ran out of whipped cream. It's not the same without it.

This was a year later on the Bacon Strips.
..Just ordered smackin.Bacon strips.ice cold.Must have been sitting around for quite a while. I'm never ordering that again.

We love the North Jackson Dunkin....it's our favorite.

Regular coffee with a shot of espresso is my new regular coffee. Worth the price. Great staff at this location.

Store is always very clean, staff is super friendly (and write nice things on your cup which is a nice extra touch), fast and efficient. I'd rather go out of my way to go to this particular store.

The cashier was very polite I showed up with order for 6 different coffee's and he didn't bat an eye ,and made sure I got my order rught

At the Cornersburg I had the best customer service experience with an employee named Te'a. She was on top of it there, making sure we got exactly what we want.

Line always long but that doesn't mean you wait long they are very fast paced in the mornings plus America runs on dunkin so you can't never go wrong with dunkin
