Mandy guided me through every step of my upgrade since it was blocked by fraud and customer service because I bought it online via DuckDuckGo and through a VPN. She was so patient and I was in the store until closing. She never gave up and I appreciate it. I have a new phone that works so well because of her. Thanks!

Went into Verizon yesterday to pick up a phone cover for my husband.
Kameron Fellows greeated me with such a professional welcome in.
Kameron was very knowledgeable, and mostly interested in what I needed and not just a sale.
He definitely sells with Integrity!
I left purchasing a new phone for myself and all the accessories.
Great deal on this purchase and even lowered my monthly payment.
I would not have known if he didn’t take the time to explain everything.
He was kind and warm to my golden retriever who I had brought with me .

Came here to talk about trading in my girlfriend's phone and we walked out very happy, a new phone for myself and one for her on that way! We came back a few days later to finish her trade and they went above and beyond with exchanging her iphone info to her new Google phone. Customer service is excellent and everyone was extremely friendly!

Have you been to this store lately? If you haven’t, you need to go. Consistently great customer service. ALWAYS able to resolve any issue I have. ALWAYS KIND AND helpful to my parents who are older and always do their best to get the latest hit products for me. I was having an issue with my phone. Took it into the store kameron fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. Very thankful for him! Definitely will ask for him next time we are in the store and ready to upgrade our phones.

Came into this store while I was at a very vulnerable state of mind from personally issues and the salesman Will was absolutely wonderful. He not only made me feel better, but he was so polite and a huge help finding me the best plan and phone for a great price.

I've come to this location for one thing....Great Service! I honestly can say that I've had the best phone buying/upgrading interactions here. I called in to see if I needed an appointment. Talked to Kameron...he said no problem, call before I leave and he'd have time for me. Sure enough, he did after I called. He helped me through the process. He had answers when I asked, he made suggestions and he made things smooth. He was knowledgeable and I appreciated his effort. After a reasonable amount of time, I walked out feeling like I did good and came out as a "winner". Who doesn't like a phone interaction like that? I have no problem recommending this store for your Verizon needs.

Stephen and Kelsey were excellent. They were able to clear up an issue that we had been fighting for almost 2 years. They also helped our son pick out a new phone due to his old one being broken. Their customer service was the best I have had in quite a while. I would suggest coming here and dealing with them.

This is always the Verizon I go to when I’m looking to upgrade, and they always do a phenomenal job! I was in the other day to get my new iPhone, and it was the quickest experience I think I’ve ever had when getting a new phone. They are always able to answer any questions I have, as well as show me all of my options to help me make the best decision. I worked directly with the manager this last visit, and he was great! I definitely recommend coming here for all of your phone needs!

After a really bad experience at another phone carrier this entire experience was a breath of fresh air. We were welcomed in by the entire staff. Although everyone was friendly and helpful, if you have a choice: Kelsey is hands down their best employee. She went above and beyond and gave us the best deal. I traded in my old, damaged iPhone and was able to trade it in for a brand-new iPhone! Kelsey was even able to transfer my husband’s photos and contacts while she worked on my iPhone. The entire experience felt too easy! Definitely recommend.

I had fantastic service today! Kelsey Brinton, was my representative who made my upgrade easy. She was so helpful, kind, patient, excellent at explaining options. The process was not as nerve racking as I was anticipating.
The few hours spent there was pleasant, actually fun!

William was fantastic. Seriously. I went in with a high priced supposedly top of the line malfunctioning phone and left with a mid priced actual top of the line phone with more programs and functions. What would be an upsetting experience, turned out to be a great time because I saved money in the long run and have a durable and technologically superior phone. William was patient and personable and has a great sense of humor. Happy customer here.

William is a classy dresser, he has great ties. A real pleasure to have had him as my sales rep, no pressure. He was able to teach my husband and I about our new phones. Great great person.

Jonelle is absolutely wonderful and has the patience of a saint. I'm not good with technology and she was great with helping in every aspect setting up a new phone. She doesn't make you feel like you are an idiot and doesn't try and force something upon you that you don't truly want or need. I highly recommend seeing her!

Jonelle was so helpful. I received a new phone from Verizon and the screen protector I ordered must have been defective. Not only did she try to put the protector on for me, but she arranged for me to return the protector and my old phone. Amazing customer service. So glad I stopped here for her help. She was patient, courteous and professional. If you need anything with Verizon, I would highly recommend this location.
