AT&T Store

John did a great job setting us up for new cell service! He was polite, kind, fun to talk to and coordinated taking care of us with two other clients he had in the store during our visit. They have cornhole in the store, and huge tvs with a couch for entertainment while you wait (good for kids).

Excellent customer service. Most dedicated sales reps. Had issues from a different store, JJ and Elijah worked with me on multiple occasions to reslove the other store issues to my bill. Always with high energy, positive atitudes, knowledgeable, and unrivaled commitment. Top tier and top notch quality from the Glenschool store. I have this store in my phone contacts for all my att needs and questions before I call customer service. Forgot to mention the bonus is they always offer a cold bottle of water.

After getting the run around from customer service and a couple other stores in the area, THIS store took care of all of my needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They even gave us info on how to save money on our bill and benefits of switching to a business account. Store manager and the team are AWESOME!!
