Activation time took >10 hours.
Unacceptable ....as I'm a physician I'm on call regularly....I needed to urgently replace a destroyed phone.....I missed numerous calls under the assumption the activation would take far less time.
I was led to believe the process would be manageably done within a few hours, possibly minutes.

Not 11 hours.

Store staff did everything they could.
I've been with AT&T for awhile.
Not the first time something like this occurred with a new phone, but it will be my last with AT&T.

I dropped my phone yesterday and came in this morning to get it replaced. I was greeted immediately by James and he helped me get the process started. He was informative and helpful in answering my questions with trading in or fixing it. Decided to upgrade and transfer was quick. Highly recommend this location if you have AT&T!

Owen at AT&T was exceptional help. He educated me on the iPhone 14, which is exactly what I needed since I was switching from an iPhone 11. He helped do a smooth trade in and offered great customer service. He is an all star associate! I recommend coming to this specific AT&T store for any of your needs!

I want to say this is the best phone store ever! BaTu and this store Manager are so professional. Terrific customer service skills that help me get the best deal. First phone store I have been in two years where it was an extremely pleasant experience. New phone, new accessories & transfer of data were a breeze for Batu. I absolutely will refer more customers to here. Thank you!

Love this location and the Westminster Blvd location, whenever I go to either of these locations, I am always welcomed into the store whenever I walk in and no matter how frustrated I am due to a bill issue or something not working on my phone- I always get my issues resolved, but also leave with such an uplifting mood. Whoever manages this store and team, as well as the Westminster blvd location- they’re definitely doing something right!

This AT&T Store on Alton and Jamboree is EXCEPTIONAL!!
From the moment I walked in, all the staffs gave a pleasant greeting and was extremely patient throughout the whole process. I did ask a lot of questions but everyone exceeded my expectation. Especially Manager James went above and beyond and provided outstanding service.
Switching carriers is something I rarely do but the new promotions on iphone 13 and samsung s22 was too good along with Internet Bundle deal.
I would give 10 stars if i only could.!

Tried several times and at several locations to get a new SIM for our new phone plan. Even when they couldn’t help they were empathetic, kind and understanding. Came back for my new SIM when the number transfer was done and they helped me in 5 mins in and out

I stopped by this store to browse while waiting for my lunch order and i was greeted right away by the store manager James. He introduced himself and told me the store just opened recently and he would be glad to answer any questions i had. We spent little time going over my account because i just put everything on autopay and never paid any attention to it. Found out i've been paying overages on data use because i had data share plan..... he helped me get on new ATT Unlimited plan and it actually saved me over $50/month. Of course with the savings i ended up upgrading my old iphone and ordered me a new apple watch as well. Very professional staff and overall store vibe was energetic and organized! Thank You!

Came here on a Friday night because ATT sent their phone to replace my wife's phone (OnePlus 7T) because in their system it's flag as a phone that doesn't support 4G (since they are phasing out 3G). Super nice, friendly and helpful people there (sorry didn't your names!) took care of me right away. My experience with other ATT stores have not been great, and the associates can be very shady (they would sign you up for things you didn't ask for). A+ for the people running this store - keep up the high standards and integrity!

I have used Verizon for many years. Now ATT's trade in promotion is really good. We need change the old device to get iphone 12 pro max，I like this store：）Especially the employee Frank has very good service and he helped us get a good family plan：）

They speak English, Korean and Chinese and helped me diligently on getting new phones and moving services. The staffs here seem to understand and are knowledgeable on their products. Thank you Manager James and Micah for your help!

Noticed a brand new ATT inside diamond jamboree mall and went into replace a broken screen protector on my iphone 11. Manager Lee and associate Micah helped me right as i entered and sold me on getting a new iphone 12 and accessories. To my surprise it actually helped me save my bill because i found out i was using old unlimited plan. Now i have 5G phone along was better and cheaper monthly fee. Definitely recommend this store and hope them the best going forward. This is my new regular ATT from now on!! 👍

I've used Sprint for a long time and it was SHIIIITTTT!! First time using AT&T and the data is fast as Lamborghini. This store offers so many promotions and the employees are really attentive. Everyone was so educated and there wasn't any problem switching my phones. If you have any questions please visit this store and find the guy name Sam. This dude speaks 3 languages (korean, english, spanish) and he will definitely help you out!

I spent all day talking to customer service on the phone because i wanted to add a second phone number on my iphone Xs using electronic sim card. I was getting transferred between different departments over and over and after having wasted good 4 hours of my time on the phone, I literally almost gave up and thought i would call the nearest ATT store for a chance. Manager James answered and told me to stop by for assistance. It literally took LESS THAN 10 MINUTE from moving my phone number from verizon to my att account, and now i can use TWO different phone numbers on my phone. They made everything simple and easy. Two thumbs up for EXCELLENT customer service. He not only explained how to work two different numbers on my phone but he actually went above and beyond!!!

excellent service!! Employees are so kind esp samuel han!! The store is very clean inside and the phones are also really clean. Data is also really fast bc AT&T beat verizon a long time ago - i was in joshua tree the other day and a friend had stupid verizon and had no service most of the time while i had 5G GIDDYUP!
