Absolutely awesome T-Mobile, the best one in Salinas by far. I went into the store initially needing some tech support, none of the other stores have a TECH department, this one does. They have a team of techs that handle problems related to phones, and my god they are GOOD, they're well informed, professional, and courteous. They handled my issue and redirected me to the T-Mobile reps afterwards, and I was able to get a trade-in after my phone was fixed at a great deal. 10/10 I would strongly advise this location over any others in Salinas; most of the others just tried to get me to buy things from them, I genuinely felt cared for here.

Muy poco personal en la tienda sin orden para atender a los clientes. Sino hablas inglés tienes que esperar aun más tiempo para ser atendido pocas personas bilingues.

The website since it has became T-Mobile is unbelievably horrible. The phones that they have listed on their website are ALWAYS out of stock so why even list them on site? Second is how hard up they are! When trying to browse the “do you need help” Messenger continuously pops up interrupting your search it is so annoying! Also, in order to search their page they want you to login to shop for phones you can’t until you choose whether you’re upgrading or buying a new phone. it just makes you not even want to look at there merchandise with the way they scavenge.

What a nightmare here. My father's I-phone went caput and we were told to visit this store. The customer "care" at this location told us we had to deal with Apple even though we pay for phone insurance through T-Mobile. Apple then told us that wasn't true and that we had to deal with T-Mobile. The customer care people at the T-mobile store then said that they were service repair but a different department than insurance claims and that we had to deal with it via phone ourselves. After an hour on the phone only to get cut-off by the telephone T-mobile representative, the people in the store basically told us that we were out of luck and options and might as well leave. This was accompanied by eye-rolling and near mockery of my father who is not very tech savvy (though he knew all his Apple logins, etc). I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was just ridiculous. What a horrible experience. I am bailing from T-mobile as soon as possible. What's the point of phone insurance if, when it fails (without damage I might add), nobody is willing to help with the claim?

Really bad service, this store doesn’t respect appointments, they make you feel that your money doesn’t worth anything, I’m never coming back!
