I was pleasantly surprised. Josh helped me and he knew his stuff. I went in thinking I wanted something and I got there and he suggested something different. He stated it would work better for my application AND it was cheaper than what i had picked out. So nice to go to a place and have people who know what they are talking about.

Love Best Buy! They have the best price match policy. I saw a MacBook Air on Amazon and they were able to take $200 off on the spot as long as it was ship and sold by Amazon. 5 days later the price dropped again and they were able to adjust it.

The installation of the car dash cam was quick, with no issues, and at a very cheap price as compared to a dealership.
The installer then has walked me through all the major functions of my camera which was above and beyond my expectations!
I highly recommend Best Buy car services!!!

Very impressed with Jake and the service he provided. My wife and I came in looking for a new refrigerator after 7pm. As the only salesman in the department Jake did a great job of asking clients if they needed help and checking in on multiple people. When we picked a fridge the whole process to check out and go over the different options offered was very efficient and informative.

I will definitely come back to Best Buy for appliance needs in the future.

I come here for everything to do with electronics, I got a gaming setup here including the desktop, computer mouse and mousepad. The desktop arrived on time and in perfect condition. I got the mouse and mouse pad in store, there was plenty of options on both mouses and different sizes of mouse pads. I haven’t had a single issue with any of the products I’ve gotten from here, the store is usually never crowded and the staff is always helpful.

I recently great experience with a return at this location. Unfortunately, the printer that I had bought was not working out. Carlos was so helpful and was able to get the printer returned and had multiple suggestions for other products that might work better for our specific needs. Thanks so much Carols for being so kind, appreciate you!

We’ve been Best Buy customers for many many years. The customer service I receive from the Park Meadows Best Buy is always top-notch. I have never had a bad experience. I’m not sure how the management team keeps everyone so engaged but they’re doing a fantastic job and it shows.

Went in search of a Sub woofer for my turntable set up. Josh was able to find the perfect sub to work with my receiver and that fits my space. He even found a open box Sub that was able to save me a few bucks!

Cody and Daniel from the Geek Squad through Best Buy installed our TV on October 25. They were so knowledgeable and installed the wall support and TV perfectly. They were very friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasure to have them here. A great combination of knowledge and friendliness.

We have been looking for a soundbar system to go with our new tv. We visited Best Buy last night. There were <5 customers and not many employees. No one asked if they could help us, we had to ask for help. The girl who helped us couldn’t get the demo bars to work and then told us they didn’t have any in stock. No suggestions on what else was available. Very frustrating. We left not even buying Air Pods.
Today we went to PM BB. Donio came right up and asked if he could help us. We told him what we wanted. He showed us what we wanted. They didn’t have it in stock but we ordered it and will pick it up at another store.
Donio was very polite, helpful and refreshing to do business with. He deserves a raise. Thank you, Donio!

The customer service here is fantastic - Kaleigh and Bobby were amazing, both going above and beyond to assist with our needs. Their help was much appreciated!

We went earlier today looking for Solar eclipse glasses and didn’t find any but the employers were so kind to let us borrow them so our daughter could see. Thank you so much!
