Went to this UPS with a label that I couldn't scan at another store and the clerk punch the numbers in and sent me on my way with a smile another location wanted to charge me $2 for each price and .25 to email. Thank you for your extra effort

Just left this store for an amazon return and had a wonderful experience! Well kept store with all the supplies needed to ship whatever you'd like. There was a line almost out of the door when I arrived and my wait was reasonably short. The workers did a fantastic job getting everyone taken care of. There were a few loud sighs from people in line but the hold up wasn't the workers it was a few customers that had either complicated orders or meticulous instructions nothing the owner could have done to make it any faster. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my shipping needs, even if it's a busy place. They must be doing something right if they are always busy!

Absolutely excellent service every time, and I have been going there a lot in the last few years.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. I went there to print out some labels, and the staff was extremely helpful. I went back to drop off an Amazon purchase return, the computer was offline, but the staff had me email it to them, printed it out for me, and took care of everything with a smile. I was running late, and still got out of there and home in plenty of time to login for work. That's what I call excellent customer service!

I love the employees here. They're always nice, accurate and efficient. They're inspiring...they don't allow the fact that their deaf stop them. They read lips extremely well. Very good customer service.

This is a very well run store. The deaf employee is fantastic. I always like seeing him when I enter as he's really fast and knowledgeable. This is my preferred UPS location because of him.
