The new store is spacious and very well designed. The phones and accessories are spread out nicely. The staff was a great help swapping my info from my old phone to my new one. They answered all my questions about my new phone professional and patiently.
This is the best location in this area to buy phones and accessories because the taxes are lower, that does save money.

Allen is a wizard Verizon cell representative. He was straight forward, fast, honest and extremely helpful. He got myself, my three kids and mom all in new iPhones with great deals and rebates which made everything really affordable. Thank you for going the extra mile Allen, my family is extremely appreciative and of course my bank account lol.

I took my new IPhone 12 in because I was having trouble getting it set up. Allen met me at the door. He knew exactly what to do and had it working in just a few minutes.

I had to replace a phone recently, and was looking for something very specific. Trez Moslella went above and beyond to help me locate exactly the right one! He was incredibly friendly and helpful, I highly recommend working with Trez if you find yourself at this location.

Allen Edgeworth was so friendly, patient, and helpful. I have struggled with poor internet service and he suggested Verizon home internet. Now I have the best service I have ever had. I work remotely so this is so important. Please see Allen for your phone and internet needs!

I was really impressed with their customer service. They took time to show me options and explain the pros and cons of them. Although I could have done it myself I let him transfer my data because it was much faster and saved me the headache.
It was near time for them to close and so another rep came and helped us get finished up. It was good to see them working together as a team.
I recommend them over going to the main Verizon store. Ask for Jonathan! I wish I could remember the other guys name but I am sure you won’t go wrong with any of them.

I have not kept up with all the new bells and whistles associated with phones and I really didn’t know how bad shape mine was in until I stopped by to purchase a new charging cord for my phone. I was treated extremely well and could not have been any more pleased my new phone AND the new IPad that also went home with me. I was told beforehand that this store was much more customer friendly than the one I usually used and I wasn’t disappointed. I am a very happy customer!!

Definitely stop by the Verizon on Rainbow Dr! Allen fixed my phone quickly and helped get me going again! You should use this store for everything!

Great experience. Had some issues with my phone that was under warranty. Suzanne there was great. Helped me with the phone and customer service and had a replacement sent the next day. Writing this review from it now. Anyone can sale phones, the customer support and friendliness you get here is what sets them apart.

Alan is the best!
He went above and beyond to help me get my phone swapped out quickly after my screen was busted.
As a busy Mom, that works from home using my phone, I needed a replacement quickly.
Alan came in a little early to be sure I was “back in business” ASAP.

We just left the store. We were adding 2 lines to our plan and transferring from older phones which was quite a task. Justin was awesome and powered through all the challenges all while being friendly and entertaining! Thank you for making what could have been a daunting task, a pleasant experience!!

I always use the same rep when going into the Verizon. He is always nice, and extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable about phones, accessories, and service plans. I have he number in the case if I ever have any questions or concerns. There has been some instances where I have had issues with my plan or promotion deals and he has been very helpful in getting the answers I needed. The rest of the staff at this store is very helpful.

I love this location and its friendly and helpful staff! I especially appreciate Allen Edgeworth and the time and patience he spent coming up with the very best and affordable phone service for my elderly dad and me! Long story short ,thanks to Allen's time and patience, he came up with a brilliant plan and I am now blessed with a new phone for me and my dad, as well as a previous tablet I had forgotten about! I love this Verizon store! The service is friendly. You are managed in a timely fashion. They work with you to get your best Plan. They always have the accessories I need and they all look professional! Oh and they don't get mad like your husband does for having to move all 19,000 photos from one phone to the other.

The staff is fantastic. They are always kind and willing to help. They follow through with what they tell you they will do. Whether with new products or changes in service, they point me in the right direction. I receive great service from the Rainbow Drive Verizon location. Staff is always courtious and knowledgeable. They are happy to help and always make sure my phone is set up before I leave. They take the time to make sure I know how to work my phone and have the accessories that I need. Always happy to recommend them to my friends!

Windows phone stopped working before Christmas. Jeffrey Brandon turned a dreaded ordeal of getting a new phone into a very enjoyable experience. He was very kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A big THANK YOU for taking your time to help this senior citizen learn something new. I think I am going to LOVE my new LG android phone.

My family and I have been in various Verizon stores over the years and this store I have to say has been the most helpful in resolving any issues we've had, with either our phones or our service/plan. The sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable about all their plans and products. We have purchased many phones there and will continue to do our business at this location.

If your looking for Verizon service or are a current subscriber this is the place to go. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for years and they will continue to have receive my business for years to come. My work is crazy sometimes so it's hard to get to the store during but an associate stayed after closing just so he could address my needs. To me that means the most, your not just a number there!!!
