For me getting any repairs done on my vehicles or purchasing tires has never been a pleasant experience. So when I realized that I needed new tires and I needed them pretty quick, and I had a very narrow budget to work in, I started calling tire shops in my area and it was looking rather grim. I simply could not afford the prices they were quoting me. Due to some serious health issues concerning my daughter money is really tight for our family right not and so is our schedule. So I called Terry at OK TIRES here in Rainbow City Alabama and explained my situation. She heard my desperation and was not only able to help but she beat everyone else’s price by over $100. She provided me with extremely affordable and fast service and I cannot speak highly enough of her and her compassionate customer service. Teri, thank you so much for getting me and my kid safely back on the road. When you’re on your way to meet with a neurosurgeon for your daughter nothing can stand in the way of that appointment. Teri and her team made sure that we were in and out and back on the road safely and for that I am so grateful.

I will never buy tire’s anywhere else! Terri takes care to explain options on different tires, pricing, and she is so honest. Went expecting to buy four tires two different times, and she told me I didn’t need four, I just needed two. She could’ve easily sold me a set. Once you’ve bought the tires, rotation is free! Can’t beat the prices or service!

Got a great set of new tires at a good price&quick service

I was in gotta get this done mode, and they were a blessing.

Asked them to mount 5 camper trailer tires that they didn't sell to me. They were very busy that day but Terri said no problem. I called them about 30 minutes before closing and was told that the tires would be completed before they go home for the day. I wound up keeping them 30 minutes past closing but they took it in stride! Great job and friendly folks! Highly recommend them if you need service and not attitude!

We got a flat tire on the interstate on our way to West Virginia. Called several places and no one had the tire we needed. Called OK and they had it! They were very busy but took us right in, got our tire changed out, checked the pressure in all the other tires, and we were on our way! Very nice and professional! Thank you!

The best tire store in the Southeast United States. Garrett Vaughn is so good at all kinds of issues with tires its unbelievable. I once saw him walk on water to get to a flat tire to repair it. He is an amazing technician.

I called several places to get a price for four tires. OK TIres had much better customer service and prices than any other place. I felt like a valued customer from the first phone call. I was able to get in the next day. The service and the now my ride are smooth.

This is the best tire store in the Gadsden area. Locally owned. Great pricing, excellent work. Stand behind everything they do. Can get almost any tire you want within a day. I only use OK Tire for all of our family cars. Highly recommend.

My family patronizes this business often as needed. The staff is very professional. Recently, I took a flat tire there to be repaired. Staff came to my car & retrieved the tire. The tire was fixed within minutes. The staff that brought my tire back out to me explained what they did. Then she notified me that she heard air leakage and returned the tire to the repair crew. The crew found a second leak and had to use a patch in order to repair it. I was so thankful that I did not get home & later have to return there. I am so grateful for the second opinion before I left their parking lot. I would have paid $10.00 for the glue repair. I had to pay an additional $5.00 for the patch. So far. So good. The tire is holding up on the road! Good job! Good service! Good price? Advice please. Thanks.

The service is absolutely outstanding. Teri is the most generous person I have ever met. This place will certainly help you out in any pickle you may be in. I trust all my tire needs with these people. They are indeed the best in the business.

They fixed my tire that had a large piece of metal in it and was very good, went out of thier way to make sure it was fixed right and had me on my way in no time. I have purchased tires from them a few times and always satisfied with the service. I will use them again.

Always good deal on tires

This place does à incredible business but seem short handed poor owner can't get up from her desk to take your pymt but they seem to stay packed which is a good thing but office help is needed to ensure customer support is timely

The store was well stock with equipment and tires. I needed a tire size that has small number of autos require. They special ordered the tires and installed the following day. The price was more than fair.

I just had a tire leak repaired, so I can't give an overall opinion of all their services. As for my needs they did a Great Job ! Very Friendly, Great Service, and the cost was very reasonable . For what I experienced, I would recommend to anyone to shop here.

We were on a trip in our Motorhome and had concerns about our tire pressure. We stopped at OK Tire Service and they were very helpful. All six tires were low. They were quick and very efficient. Very friendly and professional technician.
