Wayne was great!! He was very patient with all of our MANY questions. He took extra time to ensure we were satisfied and knowledgeable about all of the wonderful features of the new van. They didn't have the exact van my parents wanted but within an hour and a half it was here. We were extremely pleased and look forward to working with them in the future as we use our first year of maintenance. We would highly recommend seeing Wayne for your next Kia vehicle purchase!!!

Wayne Morrow did an amazing job of finding a car that will suit our budget. We went to the store to get a used car with a limited budget and a low credit score. They helped us all throughout the process and the best thing of all, they were able to get us a brand new one. We had a poor experience at a local dealership so we decided to travel outside of Birmingham to purchase the KIA we had been looking at. I’m very thankful that Ian Krissie was the salesman who approached us first. Even though it was the second Saturday in a row we spent at a car dealership, Ian helped make the experience worth it. Ian worked to make sure we got what was fair for our trade, and didn’t give up until we got a deal we were satisfied with. (Also a shoutout to sales manager Chelsea for helping make it happen!) The car we purchased wasn’t ready to leave the lot, so they sent us home in her fraternal twin until ours could be delivered. Top notch service beyond what we expected to experience at a small-town dealership. We are thrilled with our Sportage, and are very grateful to Ian for taking such good care of us!

I began my initial search about two months ago. After inquiring with dealerships throughout the southeast and getting nowhere with dealerships either being unresponsive, pressuring, or trying to charge ridiculous mark-ups. I reached out to Kia of Rainbow City and chatted with sales manager Chelsea. Unfortunately, the car I inquired about was not available but Chelsea was able to "order" the exact car I wanted and in less than 30 days my dream car arrived. To that point I had not yet been to the dealership in person as I do not live in the area but as soon as I pulled up Chelsea met me at the door with a smile and a warm welcome. She then linked me up Ian to complete the sale. Ian was attentive to me though he was finishing up with some other customers. It was towards the end of the day, but Ian was very helpful and even made sure to fix a misunderstanding with the numbers on the deal and made it right. He stayed late to make sure I got into my car and was happy. Jimmy in the finance office was friendly and efficient he wasn't pushy and explained everything. It's been a long time coming and took a lot of patience from me like a kid waiting for Christmas. Thank you Chelsea, Ian, and Jimmy for your friendly service and help getting me into my dream car!

“Dekota the Deliverer” was awesome. He very very professional and direct. He was helpful and made sure everything was done. He followed through with what he said and if there’s any discrepancies, he researched with the intent to resolve. People don’t have to be kind or respect anyone, but this young man, Dekota, represented this Kia branch with HONOR. I made a statement about younger generation and didn’t realize the he was in that group. Dekota maturity shows when talking with him. When someone ask me about Kia, I’ll say Dekota is Kia’s best.

Dekota and The Kia Store did everything they possibly could to get me a vehicle. Dekota is a very polite well spoken person that knows his job well, and he is determined to find you a vehicle. He hooked me up with a very nice used 2016 model Chevy Spark with only 35000 miles on it. The car is brand new to be a used 2016 model. They detailed it, changed the oil and put 2 brand new tires on the car. The car runs excellent and has perfect gas mileage. Both, the exterior and the interior look brand spanking new. I had a great experience at Kia in Rainbow City, Alabama. Ira Johnson helped me find a new car. I needed to get a new car as the one I had was 15 years old. Having to get a new car made me feel a bit anxious, but Ira was very helpful. I'm very happy with what I bought. I would highly recommend this Kia location, and especially working with Ira.

We just purchased a 2024 Kia Carnival from the Rainbow City location and had amazing customer service! Ian our sales rep went above and beyond by making our purchase the easiest car transaction we’ve ever experienced. We purchased this vehicle with a few phone calls and texts in a day. We live 2 hours from dealership and by the next day Ian arranged delivery to our driveway and driver drove our car back for trade. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Ian and this dealership!

I absolutely hate buying new cars, it stresses me out so bad to the point of where I put it off as long as I can. I recently got a new job closer to home so I didn't need my smaller crossover for the long drive I used to have and we kinda wanted a vehicle with a little more room. My mom has had a Kia Forte and the Sorento and absolutely loved both. So we went Saturday to look at the Sportages and finally after much discussion and almost having a panic attack in the showroom we decided on one.

I had a great experience from my first phone call to my final signature for my new kia Rio. I highly recommend Ira, he was nothing but professional through the whole process. He took time to explain everything to me, 10 out of 10! Also he went out of his way to filll up the gas tank!

Marcus met us at the door and helped us every step of the way. He was attentive to what we were looking for and found what matched us best.
