Great experience! Dayana and Ashley are absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, detail oriented and considerate. We initially went in to close an account and ended up getting two upgrades. Dayana gave us an offer we couldn’t resist. Her customer service was impeccable. It is rare to find people who care and are great at their jobs. I was very impressed at how they handled a busy store so gracefully and efficiently. Everyone was attended to in a timely manner. They didn’t make me feel rushed but rather showed an incredible amount of patience. Dayana and Ashley have convinced me that at&t is truly the best. I hope that at&t recognizes what amazing employees they have here. Thank you so much for your help.

I just want to give a loud Shout Out" to Ashley & Charles of the Greenwich Ave store for "Outstanding customer support" & going above & beyond their call of duty to satisfy me!!! Dayana Villa at AT&T was excellent. I had struggled with phone issue for 2 hours at the Apple Store and then AT&T online help. o I walk into AT&T on Greenwich Avenue and Dayana welcomingly invited me to sit down to resolve my issue. Dayana solved my issue in 10 minutes. She was very knowledgeable about the different solutions for the problem I was facing, explained the options very clearly, and then solved the issue. All while having great customer service, managing other customers that were coming into the store, supporting her other colleague, and generally being really calm steady and reassuring. It was an excellent experience. Thank you Dayana. I will certainly come back to this location for help in future.

Today Ashley Arevalo @ Greenwich CT store helped me with my new iPhone I purchased yesterday @ the cos cob store . Ashley is professional and outstanding ! She should be promoted and train other AT &T employees !!

Went in for a few things and Jasmin helped us - amazing customer service and such a pleasant person. Genuinely knowledgeable and a great person. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with her. She deserves 10 stars.

Jasmin was INCREDIBLE! Customer service was beyond what I have gotten anywhere. She helped me in such a personalized and attentive manner and spent time getting me set up. She is the gold star for customer service. Please put her on management track!!!

We just left the AT&T store on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, CT. We were helped by Jasmin and she was terrific. She solved all of our issues and was a delight to work with. What a great consumer experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Jasmin - she helped me upgrade my phone, and also managed to lower my monthly bill by 50% without changing what I had access to. These things take a long time, but I did not feel rushed or pressured into signing up for anything new. Great location!

Jasmin has been absolutely amazing for two days she has helped me with everything and 83-year-old woman is not able to do for herself including getting me on international coverage for my trip l. she has help me set up my Gmail account and she has synced us phone and watch to an iPhone. Thank you for great service. I am worried I cost her other commissions with other customers because she spent so much time with me with such kindness I can’t tell you how much I appreciated her help.

My last visit was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had here at this Store. I walked in and the team members were waiting at the front, I knew what I needed and their team member Jake did everything he could to help me.

Went the extra mile on multiple occasions, from explaning the finance process, to breaking down pricing, adding my old number to my new phone, polishing my phone and even giving me change so I can go refill the meter.

I didn’t plan on buying a phone today but I’m glad I did. Definitely lucky I have access to a store like this.

New phones for the family and our monthly bill dropped per month from Verizon. I have had 6 phones purchases on my Verizon account and monthly bills kept going up…glad we changed to AT&T.

A few days late- however cannot say enough about the sales associate Jasmin Alana that assisted me! She was fantastic and answered all my basic questions to help me with my bill. She was kind, knowledgeable and very patient. I recently upgraded my phone and had many unforeseen charges. Jasmin helped clarify and even offered her time to help me find ways to save! Thank you Jasmin! I will be back when I am ready to upgrade additional lines for my family.

Our sales rep was wonderful. We had to get a new phone and I’ve never been in and out of an AT&T store so quickly with everything done - new phone, all data moved over, accessories - he was amazing! Great store to get things done. That’s if you can find parking.

The Sales Associates at this store were very helpful. They spent a lot of time ensuring my monthly bill was accurate and I was being charged the right amount. They also helped with tech issues and helped me purchase a new phone. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and really awesome customer service!

Highest recommendation! This week, I walked in assuming a bricked phone and a huge bill but left with service restored and no charge. Jasmin and Charles didn't hesitate to spend 90 minutes of their valuable day troubleshooting my phone. In fact, they were patient, understanding, and highly knowledgeable throughout. They blew past my expectations, deploying a seemingly endless reserve of creative solutions until my phone was fixed. I even received an old demo phone in case mine fails again. I couldn't have asked for more, thank you!!

I'm not sure if Jasmin can truly control gas prices, but she managed to bend my unrelenting phone to her will, so I wouldn't doubt it!

We had the good fortune of being guided by ATT rep Jasmin Alana. She was great in every way; knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Jasmin was the reason we had a both productive and pleasant experience!

Jasmin was incredible with us today. She spent hours with infinite patience and exemplary service helping us to upgrade, resolve difficult technical issues and she worked well beyond office closing hours to make sure we understood how to use our new phones etc.
