I got on here to leave a glowing review for Marc and his staff for always going above and beyond, and I came upon a derogatory review from ‘Olgs B’ that has me very annoyed. Before I begin my rant, my first thought; however, is why don’t you have your last name made public? If you feel the need to leave such a review, have the nerve to make your entire name public. I take such offense to you, Miss B, to suggest that someone, anyone from this store would steal. Where is your proof that they have stolen either from you or from other customers? Unless you have proof of this happening, how dare you put this in writing, in a Google Review no less. Do you have proof that Marc or one of his staff stole from you? I think not!! Marc and his employees are the most honest people in this industry. I have been using Marc for years, whether it be for Amazon returns or shipping very expensive items, and I have nothing but the best to say about everyone who works there.

My review is long over due! Mark and his staff go above and beyond. I began going to UPS for my shipping needs and now I use it for so much more. Mark has helped me with several projects. I ran an event for my child's school and Mark helped me by designing an easy check out for my auction that was poster size and printed corrugated plastic. It looked great displayed on an easel. He also printed all my programs to show the auction numbers on the back of each booklet. I have used his services for custom business cards, stationary, pads, postcards and envelopes. The quality is always outstanding. They have also designed custom self inking stamps for me. It is so nice to go into a store and have knowledgable and friendly employees that are willing to help. They have a great selection of greeting cards, office supplies, and flashlights that are awesome! I also have to say that Mark has remodeled the store and it looks better than ever...

This company performs a vital service for the town and they do so with a smile on their face. They are efficient and helpful. I have seen them help people wrap up their packages better and did so while remaining pleasant, even though the clients should have shown up with the packages prepped to go.

I have been at this UPS almost everyday for the past 2 weeks with returns from costuming a high school musical. Everyone there has been so helpful and friendly despite my many bags...and amazon labels!!
Marcos is always terrific especially when he made posterboard photos for my dad’s wake.

Excellent store with great customer service and efficiency. Went in for notary services and shipping, and even though the store was fairly busy, was out faster than expected. Whole staff was helpful to me and to the other customers.

I just got an email from red cat racing, the company I shipped my son's remote control car back to for repair. The owner at ups packed it for me and upon receiving it the folks at red cat racing said it was the best packing job they've ever seen! Thank you UPS darien!

I'm here frequently for my small business. The staff are really nice, process stuff quickly. It's a convenient place to run to to drop packages and they're much friendlier than other places
