I can’t say enough good about the people working at the Camp Ave post office. I had a priority package very late containing an important medication….. the supervisor, not only followed up himself to locate but followed up with me constantly to make sure that it was received as fast as possible. Everyone was kind and pleasant, and they deserve the same in return!!

Wanted to share how great Roland and team at the USPS-Camp Avenue location are. They helped me track down a package and find it within 24 hours in their system. Their communication, via phone and email, was second to none in terms of customer service. Thank you again USPS!

The people that work at this post office are efficient, polite and caring! Whenever I go there I get right through everyone is courteous and helpful. I recently had an issue with a lost package. I received three phone calls back from the post office within a 24 hour period. They were amazingly helpful. I was able to find my package and I felt heard.

I went to this post office and had the pleasure of meeting Millie. I had several bags of clothes to send to my son in college. She took the time out to see which way to send them would be cheaper for me( by box or by multiple bags). When it ended up being a big box was cheaper, she helped me unpack and repack all of the clothes.. I was so grateful and was so happy when I left . You do not get a lot of people willing to go that extra mile for you and she definitely did!! Thank u!!

Terrific service. Nico saved my week! He was able to help me track down an incorrectly addressed package that was sent to me from a friend overseas. The package was stuck in a loop between NYC, Stamford, New Canaan, and other regional centers. Nico was amazing! He provided answers, made several phone calls, maintained contact, and greeted me with a massive smile upon finding the package! Mission accomplished!!!

In all honesty, this is a great post office. I find that the lines move quickly, the staff are attentive, and the parking is ample. Everyone is always ready to help, and coming in with the right attitude makes the experience that much easier. Thanks Nico and team!

A few weeks ago,I had a great experience at the Camp Ave PO .I
had to mail a package to a Military FPO address.Not being familiar with the process,I went to the counter and asked for the instructions.
"Margaret" the postal clerk came from behid the counter and found me the priority box etc for my package and gave me the proper instructions I needed- Customs forms etc.She was VERY kind and helpful.

Also, This is the first time in many years that we have a wonderful postal delivery person on our route. "Eugenia" is the sweetest, friendliest, kindest, caring and efficient driver that the PO employes. Things are looking up at the Camp Ave Facility !!

Not sure what all the horrible reviews are about. The people here are beyond helpful. When an issue arose, they went above and beyond to help me get my package. I've truly never had a bad experience here.

Had great service multiple times when I had a complicated package to send to military family members stationed overseas. The staff was lovely!

Came in right before closing and the gentleman helped me send a package. Was very efficient and friendly, only took a minute. Thanks!

Just mailed passport renewal application. My Window Agent knew exactly what to do & made the whole process very easy!

Super friendly staff. Kellie was very helpful getting our baby a passport.

Been there numerous times. Extremely helpful employees. Ok, some times theres a huge line but it's not UsPs's fault.

I’ve never had a problem here, and I visit frequently. I’ll add that a little bit of kindness goes a long way.
