When I asked Siri to call this Old Navy in Norwalk, it said it had only 1 star and did I still want to call!? I had been there in the past and it’s been a little rough around the edges. But I did proceed and I have to write this review because today , not only did the person answer the phone courteously and stop to find an item I needed, the store was immaculate when I came to pick it up later. EVERYTHING was in its place and the three ladies closing were eager to help me and knowledgeable and capable. 5 stars for me.

cashier #3402794 rocks. He was the only one there and was helping a line of 10 people. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and expedient. You should give him a raise and make him the manager!

Super friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Very positive shopping experience even during a pandemic. I needed to buy clothes for work, so I had to try things on.
