Thanks for your wonderful customer service especially the mangers and the cashier's and the associate who work very hard to fill the shelf's with goods
What is unique about jewel-osco is the highest quality and freshest vegetables and fruits and meat and chicken and shrimp .. with the lowest price
Every week jewel-osco put a list of fresh items on sales seasonal items so you get it with the lowest price
I do not forget the friendly staff ☺ and they always help you to find the items on the shelves..
Do not forget the coupons on jewel-oscow application on cell phone which save you a lot ❤ by clipping the coupons
I just want to say thank you for manger Derick for his wonderful customer service and he is example of the excellent leader and he always humbled and calm and he teaches the cashers and the customer service associates about how to deal with difficult situations like override for a mismatch price between the price on the shelf store and at the cashers
Or for a digital coupons are not applied for items on sale after you put your phone number on the register
You have to understand it is not the mistake of cashers of mangers for miss matching prices the big problem is in the employee who is responsible to put the prices of sale products in the system for each store I think he or she has two options
One he is not do it because he or she do not have enough time to put the prices at Tuesday night because the new sales start every Wednesday every week so he or she needs assistance a little push up.
Or two the prices do not change because the employees in the Head quarters of jowel osco who put the policy's they do not want to change the prices and they do it on intention to increase the margin projet prophet for the store by increasing the prices from the sale advertising prices starting from 15 cent to couple of dollars for each item
So you say I will buy the x product for 0.99$ and then it is changed price to 1.24$ or 1.49$ so adding more money on each item ....
I do not know but they should have a solution for this problem in this store otherwise the customers will go to somewhere else
And I can not stay in another long line for the mangers to change the prices so first the manger can not leave the desk and he should verify the prices by asking by the phone or intercom about the prices on the shelf and takes 5 to 15 minutes if you have only 3 items needs to correct the prices .
Sometimes the items are in the flir of jowel osco and that's save time and effort.
Another thing about honoring and match the prices on the shelf most of the mangers of jowel osco they do not have the authority to do something about it even if you have a picture of the items on the shelf with the tag the mangers do not respond in the right way
I am talking about personal experience with manger Shawn who refused to honor and match the prices of water gallon for 1.49$ and he was lieing when I ask for another manger if he is on the store shift on 03/27/2023 5:25 pm he says he is not in the store and he was not flexible and rough tough when I tell him I will call the customer service and make a complaint and he says I do not care so I end the long day with bizarre behavior from manger Shawn
And he refused to give it to me and ask me to come in the morning and talk to manger Adam
I think jowel osco head quarters mangers should give the mangers in the stores the authority to change the prices for customers and honor and match the prices on the application flir and coupons
Otherwise a lot of problems will happen in the store and the customers who had a bad experience will not come back to shop again

Very nice grocery store with variety of deli selections. Fruits are fresh with nice selection of exoctic fruits. Staff seems friendly and willing to help. Store is clean and well stocked. I visit once a week and they have not yet dissapointed me.

The lead female pharmacist is absolutely amazing. She went to extra mile to help me troubleshoot a problem with my insurance to help me obtain a more affordable prescription. Have seen this type of customer service in a verry long time.

i was pleasantly surprised by the jewel osco pharmacy. usually went to walgreens but they don’t meet my needs anymore. pharmacist (or pharmacy tech) was kind and efficient, and they actually had my medication in stock! loves it!!!

edit: they had my rx in stock last time, not this month. still loves it!

Go here regularly. They have good produce, and a good bakery and meats section. everything fresh and good prices. Staff is friendly and they make a deliberate effort to offer local products. the store is clean and well- stock. I found everything what I was looking for. Jewel-Osco provide high quality product and good customer service.

Full size grocery story with almost everything you can expect and need.

I've been to many Jewel-Osco and is this is no less than others. It has a huge free parking lot. They also keep seasonal items.

Plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, juices and bakery items. good collection of liquors. They also have a Starbucks inside the store.

This place is awesome! I've had so many good memories there, and I've been going there since it was still a Dominick's! The prices are good, the food they serve there is actually good, and the staff is nice! Like any other grocery store I like, it has the Globe magazine, and it has the craziest news stories, or junk nobody cares about! Excellent!

Besides the reasonable prices and fully stocked inventory, the food is always fresh with good quality. Every year my husband and I get our needed vaccinations in their professional pharmacy that is like a well run mini- clinic. All our inoculation history and medicare information are easily accessed right there. Everything we need is right in the store.

Great service. The cashiers work quickly so even if you're the fifth person in line it will only be a few minutes. You can also have someone help you take your groceries out to the car.

Clean and they sell a good variety of food. Their produce section is great and soooo big. I love it.

You never cease to amaze, both bad and good in one trip! Today my son and I were grocery shopping at 424 W. Division (our regular store even though 550 N. State is a few blocks from our home. ((See other review)). My son fell in love with Minute Maid Aguas Frescas that he had at a friends house and needed to have it. While grocery shopping at the store we looked up and down the the pop/water aisle then up and down the juice aisle and couldn’t find it. I found this odd since just this week Jewel is offering a “Just for You” coupon for Minute Maid Aguas Frescas. We asked one associate where we can find it… her response was “I don’t know, ask him” she pointed to someone who had just walked out of the back stock room. We chased down the other associate and asked (even showed him a picture from the Jewel site of the product), his response “ We don’t have it, I’ve never seen that here before”. Since I was shopping with a tenuous 9 year old that was not an appropriate response. After finishing our shopping we headed over to customer service to ask about the beverage before checking out. On our way we walked past a “Blue Shirt” I didn’t get his name, but he was they most helpful Jewel employe I have ever met. He first walk with us down the various aisles and when he couldn’t find it he said let me find some associates, we stood at the doors to the back stock room as no one responded to his calls. He then went back into the stockroom to look for himself!!! About two minutes later he emerged with the cans of Aguas Frescas we had been trying to find. My son was so happy he high fived the guy.
While we left with what we wanted, it’s highly annoying we had to ask 3 different associates before we finally got the item (which is also be advertised with a coupon this week).

They are so easy to get along with, and can relate really well with families of their own. You don't see that with merchants and store staff with other stores because they are not as big and don't satisfy your needs when you buy what you pay for. They do not disappoint. If we ever have a problem, we always work something out and we are mutually satisfied. Thank-you!

The Jewel Foods @ 424 West Division Street in Chicago was marvelous. A far cry from the Jewel @ Clark & Division Chicago. I had a fast efficient experience in Customer Service & then with the Check-Out too. It's a Win-Win all around. Thank you.

This place is enormous reasonable prices for the area clean store friendly staff self checkout is always my choice plenty of free parking. This Jewel is a Major Go .

I love the staff here they are always so friendly. Strange they lock the doors early

This location of Jewel is always very well stocked and normally I find to be quieter than other locations.

Went to the Starbucks there and the experience was very pleasant and welcoming indeed the female barista handled my drink professionally and with great care she also had a wonderful personality and very welcoming the jewel store it self was clean and very well organized and the staff was pleasant and friendly

Haven't had a bad experience here yet. So far my second favorite jewels location. I shop here a lot and the service is helpful and polite. The customer service section could use some work though. The Starbucks in this jewels is also okay. Not my favorite Starbucks location but it's convenient. Their are only two people I like that work the Starbucks section. One is a girl named Ariel. She has always made my frappucino on point. She blends those frapps to perfection and they taste so much yummier when she makes them. She's very polite and she always makes the customers feel welcome and appreciated.

I work here so my review of working here might be different than someone who shops here but I hope they have a wonderful experience.
