AT&T Store

The team there is phenomenal! The customer service is out of this world. I switched to ATT in October from Verizon and had great service from Steve and Sully. I had some issues with the discount I received from my work, but Cindy was on top of everything no matter how many times I reached out. I am so glad I chose this store to go to for my services.

Steve was GREAT! I started my AT&T account at Sam's Club (DO NOT DO THAT!) and my account was a jumbled mess. He took so much time to help me go through everything I was paying for that I wasn't even using/needed. I left with better phones and a lower bill. All AT&T stores should get themselves a Steve! *****

Shac helped us to upgrade our phones. He walked up to us the moment we walked into the door, absolutely no wait. He informed us on upgrade eligibility, went over the entire account with us and gave his professional opinion on best options for me and my mom. He took his time, was happy and friendly the entire time and very personable. I appreciate the time he spent helping my mom understand the new phone as well as the thoroughness of explaining our bill, any additional fees, best deals and making sure phone transfers were complete and right.

Christian and Sully were great! Definitely a must go to. Great service all the way around. Don’t hesitate, go see these guys now.

Great service and great products, have been a customer for 2 years and I have had zero issues. Although some in-store agents are not very educated on what they are selling so if possible stick with mail in trade-ins or online orders

Both knowledgeable and efficient, Christian helped me understand my plan and what was needed to upgrade my phone. He was able to transfer all of my information from my old phone seamlessly and updated my plan to ensure I am in the best priced plan for my needs.

Phenomenal customer service. Christian was a great help, and doing a wonderful job at making sure every customer got the help they needed during a super busy time of day. He even went several hours without taking a lunch in order to help as many customers as possible. He helped me to regain access to my icloud which I had found extremely difficult, and even apple wasn’t able to. I thought I had lost all hope and was going to lose years of my life information. The stress was high. He went above and beyond, I am very satisfied! Also Cindy does a phenomenal job as well!!! I’d recommend this place to everyone, although beware if you want to avoid waiting then go right when it opens, as it is a popular store.

Christian and Sully are fantastic consultants at AT & T in Ross Park Mall. They go out of their way to assist you in the decision process and are very competent. We highly recommend them both. A Plus customer service!

This has been an excellent time getting a brand new iPhone. I had wonderful customer service by Shac. He greatly helped me out with price and product reviews. I’ve never in my life had a better shopping experience. Shac has gone by far above and beyond to help me get my phone and IPad and I even got a new watch! Thank you so very much to not only AT&T but to Shac as well!!!

Steven, Michael, and Nick have been great with me! They were all very patient in the frustrating process! They were helping my daughter and I for around 2 hours and still managed to resolve my issue regardless of the time. They all showed pure knowledge and very funny! I'm glad I showed up ! I left very happy

Experience was very positive here! Steve was super helpful, he’s not a pushy sales associate at all. He did not rush me while I made the decision. The team all chimes in to help me make my decision because I was debating if I should get a normal phone size or the plus size. Steve made sure to calculate ALL of the upfront costs and what to expect on the bill, so that I can make a good financial decision. He answered all of my questions and eased any concerns I had. Everyone was knowledgeable, I definitely would come back!

Deion was excellent! He was engaging, polite, and patient. He walked us through the process of transferring multiple accounts and also trained a newer employee at the same time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the process so that it was easy to understand. He is an asset to you company!!
