Ashley Store

Hello, I've been to Ashley store many times and they have always been very kind but this time I've met a very nice agent who take care of us to exactly what our needs were and also getting the couch that we needed at the measurement that we needed for our house without over trying to sell us anything that we don't need.

Now me and my wife did shop around for a long time looking for a couch such as going from Bob Furniture to Levins and also Value City but the reason why you came back to Ashley store is because the agent was so kind enough to work out a special promo for us which was better than any of the other stores and also the kindness that was shown to us throughout the whole process

I would definitely recommend my family and friends to at least take a look at Ashley Furniture due to the fact that they are very nice selection and also very kind agents who are helping us. Out Agent was so so so nice and helpful and her name is: Victoria Scoumis. Please show some love by asking for her.

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. I came to spend money on exactly what I wanted. My sales person Mary Ann was very pleasant, kind, great to talk to, very experienced and knowledgeable about the furniture. I love the choices I made. The quality of the furniture is very, very good. The 5 year warranty was an excellent bonus. Mary Ann walked my daughter and I through everything that we purchased. I would recommend Ashley Furniture to my family and friends. Sales woman Mary Ann in my book is 5 stars.

Our experience today at Ashley was in a word excellent. We were at 2 other furniture stores prior to arriving at Ashley. Tim greeted us and asked us what we were shopping for. Gave us some brief directions on which way to go and told us to reach out with questions. There was never a moment of pressure or “push to sell” feeling. He came back to check on us several minutes later and we asked questions. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We expressed our desire to start the purchase process and not complete it today and he agreeably helped us with that process. Out of the 3 places we shopped today our experience at Ashley with Tim was by far the best. I will absolutely recommend Ashely to family and friends and most assuredly send them in Tim’s direction. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!

We arrived late in the evening intending to simply look at what we thought we would buy. We had researched outdoor furniture and it appeared Ashley had just what we wanted. We needed to see it and touch it before committing so much money as we are in need of quite a few pieces. We worked with Arlene Hughes both over the phone and then last evening at the store. Arlene was great! She was patient and extremely helpful in ensuring we going to be happy with what we were buying. Unfortunately, because we went so late in the evening Arlene had to stay after closing hours to help us as we decided to make the purchase. Again, Arlene couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for outdoor furniture I highly recommend the quality of what Ashley has in inventory and the quality of Arlene Hughes to ensure you are a happy customer when you leave!!!

I was greeted nicely upon entering the store, but was not haunted or trailed. I was asked what I was interested in but was given the option of browsing alone if I chose. The woman, Victoria, found me later and asked how I was making out, and when I had some questions, she was immediately helpful. When she understood my desires she personally brought me to items that were very similar to what I was looking for. We came to a meeting of the minds because of her knowledge and help. I bought three items because of Victoria's attention. She was lovely.

Richard is our guy! He made a normally tedious experience very pleasant. From the moment we walked in the store, he met us with a warm greeting. Once he understood our purpose for coming in, he was the perfect mix of attentive yet gave us space to wander. If you have any furniture needs, ask for Richard!

We entered planning to look at a new couch for our living room. Winston greeted us and was friendly and unobtrusive as we browsed. I greatly appreciated him letting us look on our own to our content, checking in occasionally to see if we were alright. That made it a pleasant experience, and we decided to look at a new bed as a result. We ended up purchasing both, and a great deal of the reason why was the way Winston and his coworkers looked after us, answered our questions, and were not pushy in any way. We felt comfortable with all of our options, and Winston did a marvelous job of explaining everything to us clearly and until we were comfortable with it.

Our pieces were delivered yesterday and look exactly as we'd hoped. The delivery was professional and friendly, with excellent communication while they were en route. They were kind to my wife and my dog, worked quickly, and didn't leave until everything was as we expected.

All around, this was a 5-star experience, and I additionally feel like we got excellent value for our dollar in the quality of the product and the experience of the sale and delivery.

I traveled from the South Hills of Pittsburgh to check out the furniture selection at Ashley’s. Upon entering I instantly felt welcomed and was greeted by various employees. I ended up working with Steven who is wonderful! He took the time to understand my vision and answered my many questions along the way. Steven is extremely knowledgeable about the furniture that Ashley’s offers and he has a great eye for concept and design. Overall my experience was a 10/10!

Victoria was awesome and madder it easy for us to choose to come back to finalize our purchase. The majority of the staff got involved! We had a great time spending our money!

Great experience! We got the perfect furniture set for our new home. After looking at a few options, we quickly realized we weren’t exactly sure what we were looking for, but David helped us to narrow down our search and pointed us to a few great options while being incredibly friendly and personable. David also arranged a tricky out-of-town delivery for us. This store will be at the top of our list for future furniture needs!

Great all around customer service staff and delivery! We got the premium coverage on our couch and when a spring broke we thought it could hopefully be repaired. They said we were within warranty but couldn't get the parts and offered credit or cash. We chose the credit because we love the products there. Ask for Rachel, she's the best! Gives you plenty of space & time, finds the best in your price range, explains coverages/discounts well, and understands concerns about pets! Plus the delivery service they use is great, they really care about your house and clean up all the packaging in a quickly & efficiently.

I went to the Ashley store on McKnight Road. Tim Secreto was my salesperson. He was very helpful and professional. I bought my adjustable queen size mattress on the spot. I was very impressed with the selections they had. I can't wait to get my new bed!!!!

I worked with Arlene at Ashley Furniture on McKnight Road and she was great to work with! I had to bring two of my children with me and she was patient and helpful with them! She was knowledgeable about the furniture I was purchasing and she made sure to get me the best price. I actually went in last week and met her and worked with her then and she was kind enough to email me my quote for my furniture and then wait for me to come back in to purchase it. I will definitely be back to order more furniture! Thank you Arlene!

Easy shopping and buying experience. Our salesperson Winston didn't follow us around or bother us with annoyong sales people questions. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Overall 5 stars for Winston!

From start to finish this was an excellent experience! Megan was my sales rep and did an amazing job showing me the items I wanted to look at as well as any options that could also work. She explained the delivery process very well too! Delivery was quick and efficient and very professional while being on time.

I purchased a recliner from Rachel and she made the process smooth and simple. That same night I decided that I wanted a different color and the next morning I called the store and a sales associate Informed me that Rachel was off and asked me if she could assist me. I told her my situation and she looked up my order and changed my order. She made this experience so stress free and easy. She was super friendly and helpful (so was Rachel) I thought I was going to have to drive back to the store to take care of this and was so glad they were able to do it over the phone.

Rachel, was very professional and wanted to discover my furniture needs. Very helpful. Very courteous. I’m grateful for the service that she provided. I can’t wait to get my purchases delivered.

Richard was amazing. He provided options, space, conversation and patience to make this a pleasant experience. We left with everything we needed ready to be picked up. He went above and beyond to find matching pieces. His manager was pleasant too.

We went in 30 minutes before close after visiting 2 other stores looking for a new bed. We were met by a super nice saleswoman that gave us the opportunity to walk around casually even though it was so close to closing time. She was extremely helpful and very personable making the buying experience really easy and stress free. The showroom was really nicely put together and didn’t make you feel overwhelmed with the amount of choices. We will definitely be returning in the future for our next furniture purchase.
