I came in today to pickup shoes that I ordered to the store and the associate was so friendly and kind. I’m sorry I didn’t get their name but they were there at 415p with shirt hair and glasses. They even asked if I’d like to try the shoes on before leaving which I didn’t think of. I’ll def be back!

One of the best shoe store chains around. The Northway Mall location is no different. Great shoe selection, friendly staff, and clean store!

I received a gift card for Christmas and after getting new tires for my car I decided to get new shoes for me. I was never more impressed with a store, the lay out, and most importantly the employees - I have never had such a great shopping experience like I had at this DSW shoe store. More importantly the employee that stands out in my mind the most because I had the most interaction with her I believe her name is Lawanda. The sweetest, most awesome, most very honest employee I have ever met. She was not looking to just make a sale - she helped me shop and was not like oh you need these shoes or these were made for you just to make a sale - she was oh no you want something to be comfortable in while at work all day these a better or these are cute but not quite for you. I love that honesty. We talked while we shopped and she told me how she took the job there because of her LOVE for shoes and it showed. I ended up buying 2 purses, 1 really nice wallet and shoes (of course) When I left I felt like Julia Roberts in pretty woman - I was like more shopping to do LOL They signed me up for the rewards program and the next week I received 2 emails with $10 off (both) my next shopping trip. Can't wait to go back. Thank you DSW Northway I love this store.....

I bought white men’s rubber Birkenstock’s and son wore them only 4 times or so and the shoes cracked same spot both shoes.
Spoke to store and they said very nicely you can come and exchange and we’ll damage these out. Shame on Birkenstock for $50 sandals and the poor quality

This could not have been a better experience. Three different salespeople helped us and eventually (my daughter's fault, not theirs), we made our return and found another pair of shoes that made her happy. This was not an easy task and they were all very patient and very kind, especially at 7:00 at night!

They had the shoes I wanted but not iny size. Deborah was super helpful with getting me signed up for their rewards program and, the shoes, in my size, will be delivered to my house in 4-7 days!

DSW has shoes for every occasion whether you're going to a restaurant or a job interview at a Fortune 500 company they have the shoes for you their prices are great and the staff is always eager to help and very knowledgeable. The shoes that I purchased were very comfortable and fit me like a glove thank you for the great service!

Didn't have the shoes I was looking for, but there were so many choices & styles- I'm just picky. The store was clean & very organized and the staff were polite, plenty in number & helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to help me with a problem that I had with an online order. I will definitely go back to this location in the future. They also had a great selection.

Staff was very helpful and I was able to get my wife a pair of shoes and she liked are choice in shoe's then she helped me with check out and had a extra $10.00 coupon keep up the great work and friendly service and smile 😊😁

I bought 3 pair, little footsie sockettes, and I typically never just buy one pair. They have a great selection, decent prices, sales, bargains, and a favorite goto shoe shop.

Employees are polite and not pushy at all. The store is roomy and nobody bothers you while you are browsing. Ideal shoe store.

Lots to choose from, I love their coupons and their customer service is nice. They held a pair of shoes for me when I realized I forgot my coupon.
