I just love the staff here. They were so friendly sociable with me and made me feel comfortable without being up my butt. Prices and sakes here are so great. Where else can you get 2 pairs of jeans, 3 panties, perfume, a sweater and winter cost for $60? 💕

Love when they have red tag sale I get mad about how you will pay 50$ for pair of jeans and within 2 months same pair 5$ that sucks

This store is consistently providing guests outstanding customer service. I know each visit I will be greeted in a warm friendly manner. I've been stopping in for over a year now with no complaints.

I love going on Rue21. I love everything that they have. There coupons are the best to used.... They really need to have shoppings bags or a cart for people to put there to things in. They be having too much to carry in there hands.

Everyone was amazing here on black friday. With such a new store I did not expect such great customer service on a busy day everyone was very helpful and actually helped me choose different gifts for Christmas.

This Rue 21 is one out of two closest to Lorain, Ohio that carries plus sizes. Thank you to the Parma employees who were very nice and helpful for me and my granddaughter.
