Great employees at this location. Very efficient, friendly, and your basic 7-11 items.

Convenient locations up front parking a plus.

Parking lot is tiny and poorly designed.

7Eleven really needs to monitor what people they let run their franchise cause this store doesn’t fully honor your 7 Eleven rewards, they will close out your order before you get to use your discount!

Does not honor the sales advertised in windows or on ads in store. Complained and the guy added $0.50 to my bill (supposed to be $0.79, then $2.50, finally$3 with the upcharge) and said he'd make it up next time and charged my card before I could object and destroyed the receipt in front of me. I can only imagine this is a regular occurrence he did it with such speed. It's not a lot of money but I'm furious at the whole experience.

"We don't do hot foods EBT." That's a lie, confirmed just how with another 7Eleven. Have fun explaining that to your franchisers. Next time figure out how to ring it up on the register.

I would like to bring to your attention regarding a 7-11 convenience store located at 1413 Kooser Rd, San Jose, CA 95118 is the most filthiest establishment I've seen. To be specific I have brought to the store employee's attention (3 different times ) about some kind substance all over there canned drinks. Yesterday (5/1/2018) I went to the same 7-11, nothing was done concerning the issue that i brought to there attention. This specific time there was actually bird feathers , and hair stuck to the drink i wanted to purchase. If this is how they take care of their canned products, I cannot imagine how they handle their cooked consumables. I will NOT be going back to this establishment ever again, and will be contacting ALL public health departments I can. I have all ready contacted 7-11's corporate office, and I will also be contacting BBB. Please please take a look at this store before some body gets sick from their lack of cleanse-leanness, laziness, and dirtiness. ( I sent this to heath Dept.)

This guy is a tool. He's got a bathroom that is in public view, marked as a public bathroom. I went in and used it, and when I came out to buy my stuff, he yelled at me, telling me I had to ask his permission first. Have the bathroom locked, then!
And if I happen to get into your public bathroom thinking it was acceptable, don't come up yelling at me when I get out. I told him go Eff himself, I'll buy my stuff elsewhere.
Screw this guy, there are people of more class on the same block. Don't buy from this rude man.

Never ever use the 7-Eleven store agsin so rude they don’t know how to do the good customer service I have one thing to return running for 3 days every time Manager is not here

Always ask for your receipt when you buy from this store. I was surprised they charged me 17.96 USD for a bottled water, a bottle of gatorade and 2 donuts. Ridiculous!

Obviously this place has bad reviews I went in there the other day on Monday around 2 30 with a free coupon for a small Icee the old man behind the counter wanted to know about the expiration date he said there's only $0.69 off I mean really free means free to kids in the car waiting for it turns out he didn't even give me the $0.69 off when I added it up I think it was $0.09 he gave me what a hell place never go in there it is filthy by what I read I mean free means free he could have Let It Go going to put it in the newsletter where I live obviously there's so many things written bad about this place they don't care!

Fake advertised on a lot of products yet the cashiers don’t care at all and give back a bad actitude
