Alba's Mexican Products

They charged me twice(33.50 x2). I went to go inform them and they told me they are not allowed to refund me the money, even though I had proof I only made one transaction. The rude lady was like sorry you can take one thing that you like from the store (like a candy bar)but am not refunding you any money. I told her I had proof of the transaction and another lady that works their told me to bring her my printed out bank statement along with the receipt, and my card information😒. At the end I just filed a dispute with my bank directly because I do not trust anyone with my bank information and I will never go back there again. Am about supporting small businesses but never this place again.

Went on Sunday afternoon, the lady was VERY RUDE without any reason, we used to come twice a month to buy a lot, but this time I just wanted to leave paid a few things and left, take my money somewhere else.
