Joseph at the lincolnton office has the best customer service ever. He always takes care of all my cricket needs and wants. The biggest reason im with cricket is because of how he treats his customers.always willing to help with a smile on . If you ever need a new phone service you must go see joseph and i promise you will not be disappointed

Joseph and Thomas are awesome! After being frustrated dealing with another office and insurance on getting my phone replaced it was so nice to work with them instead. They went above and beyond as far as customer service! Joseph listened to all my complaints and issues and solved them with ease. I was able to get a new phone at a very reasonable price and he even worked something out to save me even more money on my bill each month! I am very happy with the service I received and I will continue to go into this location whenever I have an issue! Thanks again!!!

Well I had been with boost mobile for I guess 9 yrs maybe longer but they merged with T Mobile.
Will if you are still with boost mobile you need to change to Cricket it is a little bit more experience but will worth it.
I go in there right there to help with what I was thinking about. I have the family plan. But I also have the insurance that is only$ 18.00 a month but that is for both phones.
They also if you have a problem that they can fix, YES THAY FIX IT.

i went to the cricket store in lincolnton and man let me tell you something i would never go to another cell phone store. Joseph and Ana are the best . i walked in there to switch to cricket and they made the process so much easier. i remember when i switched to metro about a year ago they made to difficult to switch to them. and they transferred all my contacts and pictures over to my new phone and set me up on a GREAT Phone and GREAT Plan on a GREAT network. i would recommend the cricket store in Lincolnton to everybody
