Very nice store. Was greeted right away. Johnny took excellent care of us. Very pleasant and fun. Always smiling. We will definitely go back there for our Verizon needs.

Ryley is the best! I truly dreaded the visit. I needed to purchase a newer phone since one was no longer supported. The appt and necessary purchase ended up being a really good experience.
Ryley was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. That day, and subsequently, she has answered all my questions and been a great help!

We went to replace my husband's phone as he fail off boat into lake and lost his phone. Kevin took care of getting him set up with new phone and then we talked. My phone had become a little slow and after listening to Kevin it was clear what I needed to do. Kevin then helped me with a new phone as well. I did not plan on buying a new phone but after we left I was glad I did and made the right decision. Kevin was kind and easy to talk with. Whenever we go back we will be looking for him!

Ryley was our sales associate she treated my wife and myself very well. She went above and beyond expectations. Would Highly Recommend hands down the best experience we have had dealing with a wireless store.

Before I took my mother to a Verizon store I checked all the reviews, because we have had terrible customer service from Shelby, Charlotte and Gastonia. I would have driven as far as I had to for good service. Thank fully, the Lincolnton, NC Verizon store was a wonderful experience 👍👍👍

Your Staff at the Lincolnton store are awesome. Doug and Ashley we're very friendly, thoughtful, informative, professional and just plain cool. We not only left with great mobile gear we also had a great time at the store.

I had an issue with my phone and Johnny went above and beyond to sort out the issue. Even staying after his shift ended to get the job done. I couldn't be happier.

Kevin, Ashley, and Riley are detailed, helpful, patient and kind. Kevin guided me to, and helped me with the phone I needed for my business. He offers to always be there if I need his help in the future. I’m a longer-lived consumer coming late to phone technology, and all 3 have gone out of their way to be more than merely helpful to me to help me learn all I need to know.

We live out of town and needed to replace a phone case, so we stopped at the store and Chandler helped us. He was very friendly and quickly narrowed down the myriad of phone covers to just the covers that fit our phones. One of the covers we liked, but wanted in a different color, and Chandler quickly offered to order the cover, and we did. We would have only bought one phone case instead of buying two if it wasn't for Chandler offering to have the case that wasn't in stock shipped directly to us. After Chandler reviewed our accessories to make sure there weren't any other items we might need, he efficiently summed up the transaction to help us get back on the road since we were traveling. He was sincere in thanking us for visiting his store and we told him we would definitely repeat if we were ever in the area again and needed any sort of mobile phone help.

The staff at this location are always friendly, helpful and polite making the process of buying a phone here as good as possible. They are patient and help you each step of the way.

This version was honestly a lot easier to understand and go with the ladies that our mostly there are amazing help 5* for them

A whole lot better experienced in the first time I was ever in the store. Doug was a very helpful associate and I would recommend his services to anyone who would like to visit this store. But if he's not there, or occupied with another customer, everyone there was very friendly and could help anyone with their Verizon needs.

Loved working with Erica! She is a doll and a life saver! We had issues setting up my new account that no one has seen before but she didn’t give up on me!
